Easy, no-hassle check-in and out process, agent was very responsive. Place was clean and spacious. Highly recommended!

The staff are not always on standby in the lobby, are not very friendly and always seem to be in a hurry, the floor is not very clean.

For those who don't know, self-check-in and checkout are available. The Soul Asia host will give you instructions. To open your locker, you'll need to go to security near the lobby. We paid RM10 per night due to the tax regulations for visitors from outside Malaysia. The total payment was RM40 (4 days 5 nights). A RM200 deposit was paid before check-in. Cash wasn't available. Bank debit was available, as I don't have a credit card. The deposit refund will take 15-30 business days after check-out (which is a long time, right? 😀). Let's see how it goes (it's still being processed). The apartment itself is nice, clean, and comfortable. There are cooking utensils, two clean towels, and filtered drinking water, so you don't have to buy bottled water. I'll definitely consider returning again. The location is strategic, not too crowded, and it's also easy to access in the city center. If you want to go to Petronas, you only need to walk about 1 km (and get some exercise, guys 😁🫶). The host is also nice and easy to communicate with.

The experience of staying at Soul Asia was amazing. All the room facilities are very well organized and clean. The atmosphere in the room is amazing with everything perfectly prepared. The team here is the best, friendly and very helpful. Especially, I would like to thank Ms. Sasvin who greeted us upon check-in. She was very kind, gave us many useful suggestions on how to get to KLCC, using the train and great places to eat on the second day. When we were leaving, she also gave us a New Year's gift, which was very touching. Thank you very much for the excellent service, and we will definitely come back here

I stayed here for 2 nights, everything was good (the location is strategic (There is a minimarket, cafe downstairs), the room facilities are complete). But unfortunately when I wanted to extend my stay the rental price was expensive (maybe because of the holiday & new year). If I go to Kuala Lumpur again I will stay here again. Thank you

Apartment feels like home. Come, just bring a bag of clothes, all facilities are available from hot water, 2 pcs of shower towels, for kitchen equipment there is a refrigerator, washing machine, electric oven, electric kettle, bread heater, electric stove + frying pan, plates & glasses, there is a water purifier so we don't need to buy drinking water anymore, sugar, coffee, tea & salt are also provided, for steam iron & ironing board there are also, TV can already NETFLIX, large spring bed & sofa. For cleanliness, throw away the garbage yourself, if not fined. Atmosphere / Facilities: the apartment atmosphere is very quiet, no noise from the hallway or outside windows. Food: I didn't order food because the apartment doesn't provide food, if you want to find dinner, just walk a little to Jalan Ampang next to Pelita Nasi Kandar there are many Food trucks selling Halal food & drinks. Staff Assistance: hotel staff come quickly when there is a problem. Highlights: The room is spacious with complete facilities. Price: for a relatively standard price with complete facilities provided, so we don't worry about bringing dirty clothes & room cleanliness is self-service from ourselves. Location: The hotel's location is very strategic in the middle between Twin Towers & kl tower, can be reached by walking approximately 100 meters, close to the bukit nanas monorail station, at the intersection of jln. Sulthan Ismail & jl. Ampang. If you don't want to bother, just take Grab. Those who want to ask questions are welcome for tips & tricks for traveling around Kuala Lumpur.
