I stayed here for three days to prepare for a wedding. I requested a non-smoking room, but upon entering, the smell of cigarette smoke was quite strong. So, my request was ignored. If there were none available, please let me know. The food offered was limited in variety and monotonous, and the taste was also lacking. Beyond the above review, everything else was satisfactory.

The staff are friendly and attentive. The safety and comfort of hotel guests are taken care of. Since I'm a smoker, every time I want to smoke, I have to go down to the designated smoking area or the parking lot. This often inconveniences the customer service staff, who have to ask for help using their elevator card to get to their room. But it's a great way to ensure the comfort of hotel guests.👍

I was given a room on the 2nd floor where the room air conditioner was not working properly. I had to sleep on the floor because the room was very hot. This was the worst experience. I am happy to stay at this hotel.
