When I first arrived, I was amazed by the location and the views. Lush greenery, winding roads, and the backdrop of Jatiluhur in the distance. But as soon as I entered, I immediately felt that this was an old hotel in need of major repairs/upgrades. - The elevator was broken. - The room looked shabby, and as soon as I moved slightly, I could see the dirt under the bed. - The hairdryer was broken. - The AC was leaking (it stopped after the temperature was raised). - The pool tiles were pitted. There's a lot more, but that's all for now. Essentially, for a 4-star hotel, it should be better.

The hotel staff is friendly and the environment is beautiful, but it's a shame that the tourist area needs to be optimized further to attract more tourists.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, good facilities, but at night it's spooky, outside there's nothing but dark old buildings and quiet streets.

Check-in and checkout were very easy, I liked the aesthetics of the room and it was close to the destination, namely the reservoir.

The rooms are clean and tidy, as are the bathrooms. The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere. It's also highly recommended as it's the only hotel near Jatiluhur Reservoir with excellent service and facilities.

There is still a lot to be improved

I stayed here for Eid al-Fitr 2026 and booked 10 rooms. The swimming pool facilities were okay. The AC in four rooms leaked, the rooms and bathrooms were damp, the children's play area was moldy and mossy, and the gym was poorly maintained. The staff were friendly. The food was lacking in variety. Hopefully, the facilities and cleanliness can be improved.

During breakfast time, the menu was almost finished, even though we were just starting to have breakfast. I didn't see any scrambled eggs for my son. The menu didn't have many options. I had to ask for it before it was given to me. The food tasted very ordinary.

It's a great place for a family vacation.

Clean, spacious rooms, friendly staff

When I checked in, the next door three-bedroom had an event going on until 10:00 PM, and it was incredibly noisy and disruptive. I complained to the hotel, but the event continued. They told me it was because someone important was having the event, so they were given a connecting room. It was truly disturbing.

Recommended for staying, reservoir view, delicious food.. the room paint is starting to peel. The AC is a bit leaky.. but since we only stayed one night so we didn't complain. The staff is friendly especially during breakfast.

What a fun holiday. Thank you to the JVR team for your service. Bungur 1 & 2 bungalows were friendly, comfortable, and clean.

The hotel was nice, but the surrounding tourist area wasn't very interesting, so I was content to just relax at the hotel. JWW wasn't that great; there weren't any particularly interesting culinary spots, the boat ride was muddy, and there weren't any interesting spots for photos.
