If you are looking for value for money while exploring Rock Island, Jellyfish Lake, going snorkeling and diving, you should choose this place. The staff are very accommodating and the pool can help you train how to dive. It's a great location to explore dining options as well from budget friendly to fancy ones.

We aborted staying there. Low quality and poor conditions. Felt unsafe. Asked if they spray the sheets for bed bugs, he said "Yes"

It was great. Super easy to walk everywhere. And the people that run the place are very friendly and were super helpful to me somewhat last minute

Although old and still in “recovery” mode, it was very clean with clean fresh towels and linens. The staff was friendly, accommodating and available to assist make the stay comfortable and secure. Nice location and affordable.

Once this is fixed up and (hopefully) back as a dive/tour operator i would give even higher grades. It has a bit of a patinated feel to it, i.e not new and certainly a few dings and dents but if you don't mind sharing a bath room the place has a certain charm. It is close to a number of tour operators so it can be very well located. A bit far to walk to downtown....

It was the cheapest option for me. I seemed to be the only guest so my shared bathroom was my private bathroom. The place was spotless and clean. The little extras like the toiletries were a bonus. The fridge was great to have in a hot island. The kettle was a bonus. Even the pool was great and unexpected. They offer accommodate only maybe more during high season. No bar, restaurant or sunbathing by the marina or pool. The staff are great, friendly and super helpful.

This place is pretty run down. No sign. Restaurant closed. Limited checkin. Behind an oil depot. Stayed one night between scuba dives

I stayed in the deluxe room A while there for a week long wedding/getaway. The room is huge compared to the rooms that all my friends booked at other hotels. It has a great view of the harbor and is right on the water edge. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is clean, facility is clean. Hotel is safe as well, with two doors/gates to go through before getting to your room. Mini mart right across the street about a 2 minute walk. Love this place!

Only thing good was part of the view i had. Other than that, everything else was disappointing. Was falsely advertised and couldn't refund my money.

Great to be on the water and close to dive shops. Few restaurants within walking distance. And a convenience store close by.

Not really a nice place to stay at all, but it was cheap. But their tour company (boat trips, snorkeling, kayaking,...) is great!

Not a 5 star hotel but clean and comfortable. Used the hotel as a day room while waiting for a late night flight and didn't use the facilities. Hotel seemed to cater to the Japanese tourist.

I like the room, simple and well organized, room was very clean Staff was friendly and approachable It’s a good choice and worth for the money I paid.

If you just need a place to lie down for a few hours either before or after using the liveaboard boats close by then then this is an alternative to the more expensive hotels that are close by. The shared bathroom sort of turned me off. Only one overhead light that is hard to read by. A bed that more like a board. The place was pretty full because of the price but that meant that you could not check in to the hotel before 3:00 PM. Getting off the boats at 8:00 AM makes it awkward of what to do for 7 hours. A couple of the more expensive hotels had rooms open that my fellow divers were able to get in to at 10:00 AM.

My flight was delayed two hours and was getting to the hotel at 5 o’clock in the morning, it was so nice the staff still waiting there, the room was so clean and comfortable.
