The hotel is really nice for an older hotel. The staff were all very kind and helpful. The pool closed quite early though. Everything in our room worked well. I would stay there again.

Worn down and poorly managed / serviced hotel. We had 3 days of no cleaning at all, even though we were out almost all of the time. Even after I asked 3 times when heading out that they would clean our room. Dirty floors when we came and we didn’t receive any hand or face towels until the last day (6 day stay) and then only 1 for the two of us. In general worn down and dirty grout. Highway motel standards at best.

Worst hotel experience I've had in a long time. I was nothing but understanding and kind and they just kept missing the mark time after time. There was a roach. The bed was nasty and smelled bad, it had white blotchy stains on the blanket and I asked for them to change the blankets and sheets 5 times!!!! 5!! They told me they would and never did! Eventually I went down and asked the person working the desk to help me she told me "sorry they prioritize new arriving guests over existing guests" and I almost blew a gasket!!!! I told her they my blanket had stains on it!! And crumbs and stank! She told me she'd ask if they'd want to help later. Eventually someone arrived at my door hours later and she said they don't own any other blankets and "were not allowed to change it out". Everytime I attempted to talk to someone at the front desk, they were in the backroom hiding on their phones and I had to wait a while before they eventually decided to come out to help. Safe to say I'm never going back and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

Affordable and convenient

There are higher-class hotels in the area, but this one was fine and much less expensive. It shows its age, but it's totally enough for the basics. ABC mart next door, and 5-min walk to the beach. I'd stay there again.

The hotel is old but conveniently located. No restaurants inside of the hotel but many eateries around the hotel..

Very clean and air conditioner worked great especially for how hot it gets in the area. I thank grand plaza for the great experience and look forward to continuing future business!

too noisy. cleaning people talk on their cell nonstop in hallways..doing reno with drilling at 10 am .. not good if you work nights, rooms old dated .. walks carry voices..

All clean and good, except the WiFi was cutting off and slow..

Close location to shopping centers, restaurants, and the mall.

Elevator smells weeds my first time not worth it to stay for long Rooms doesnt have a body soap and coffee and only 1 towel. My room neighborhood was loud at night they were loud fighting and banging the walls. Front desk clerk dont even greet you.

Grand Plaza is a budget hotel.so the price is reasonable. Terrific location right in the middle of Tumon. Staff was nice and accommodating. Room was pretty spacious. The wifi is quite slow. TV is analog...not much programming. Four- leg.tub is unsafe to.get in and out.for shower..Floor gets.wet. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.. .

the room was very outdated and beds were a bit hard

They cannot find my booking so I had to call Hotels.com. They didn’t want to check us in and said we have to pay their rate even though I already paid online. When Hotels.com called them, only then they said they found my booking. There are small cockroaches in the room, only 2 towels even we booked for 3 so I had to request it again. Overall not a good experience.

Nice location. I arrived late so couldn’t really explore too much. It is in the center of the tourist area. And right next door is a great Mexican restaurant so I could quickly walk and grab something to eat. (The birria quesadillas were so good.) As far as the hotel- it is very outdated. I really think my single mattress bed was actually a box spring. 😏 It was solidly firm. The room just didn’t feel clean or comfortable. I was afraid to unpack and walked around in socks because the floor felt a little sticky. The “leather” couch was crumbling. Creatively, they flipped the couch cushion over to hide the severely worn and torn cushion. While the price was low- it still felt like I paid way too much for this place.

nice place for short and long term stay.

This property is really in bad shape. Things haven’t been maintained well. Bring eyeshades as the curtains don’t close. Great location though, and friendly staff.

Property is conveniently located for great dining and drinking and also close enough to the airport.
