The staff is always amazing every time we stay. The property is safe which is rare in Guayaquil. The restaurant is very good i highly recommend their burger it was the best burger i've had in Ecuador lol. I will likely not stay at any other hotels during our regular trips ro Guayaquil

The staff here are exceptional! They go above and beyond their jobs to make their guests have a good experience. I literally dropped a tiny sim card chip on the lobby floor and they joined me on hands and knees looking for it and had the entire staff available come help. Now that is what I call service. We have returned here a few times now because of the good experiences and fun pool for the kids. Thank you Radisson for all you do!

Shower head was not good at all. Very weak and spraying in all directions. When trying to adjust it by hand, it was wobbling. We really like the Radisson and are a repeat visitor but just wish the shower was better.

The room and hotel were lovely, but a bit far from the tourist activities. Nothing an uber could not help, but would have been nice to walk.

Restaurant is stark and open like a school cafeteria. Bar is open to lobby with only two stools? Room service does not answer the phone? The concierge does not speak English but I was informed by another employee it is not safe to walk to any near by restaurants. My room air conditioner was very loud making sleep difficult.

The location is far from everything else. Breakfast is not included and the facilities (swimming pool and gym) are very small and outdoors.
