Staff was wonderful!!! Room was spacious & comfortable

The room and hotel were lovely, but a bit far from the tourist activities. Nothing an uber could not help, but would have been nice to walk.

Restaurant is stark and open like a school cafeteria. Bar is open to lobby with only two stools? Room service does not answer the phone? The concierge does not speak English but I was informed by another employee it is not safe to walk to any near by restaurants. My room air conditioner was very loud making sleep difficult.

The location is far from everything else. Breakfast is not included and the facilities (swimming pool and gym) are very small and outdoors.
