Good location, parking downstairs. Would consider staying if I were in the area again.

Very basic service (no daily room cleaning, have to set out your own towels for replacement), not much in the kitchen for cooking. Bedding wasn’t very comfortable, towels were tiny and rough, room was very clean overall, bathrooms were perfect size. Washer and dryer were a good bonus.

Even with a late flight arrival Ms Stay staff made arrangements for me to check-in “after hours.” Staff extremely helpful. Upon check in, the room was spotless. Would definitely stay at the property again.

We were supposed to stay for 2 weksnto attend a military celebration retired. Everything was fine until we heard there was a typhoon coming our way, so we left early. They would not give a refund of unused days

Nice little hotel within 10 minute walk to American Village. 7-11 and Family Mart are a couple of blocks away. Rooms have washer/dryer, a full fridge and microwave. Hot plate on request. Parking cost is 500Y a day or 1000Y for your entire stay (whether it’s 2 days or 2 months). There’s also free parking across the street.

Great. Far enough from the main road to avoid noise but close enough for convenient public transport. Friendly staff. Walking distance to American Village.

M’s Stay Okinawa was clean and quiet. The rooms were in great condition and the staff was very nice and helpful!

The worst bed-making practices in the industry. Whenever housekeeping changed my sheets I had to remake the bed or risk getting tangled up and sheets bunched up underneath me. Also, the coffee table never got wiped off. I had to do it myself every time.

Having a balcony, both a washer and a dryer, and a bidet were nice to have.

I liked how nice the staff were. The welcome snacks were super generous.

Everything was pretty good. The only downside is you have to pay for parking and cooking utensils. This on its own isn’t a problem, it’s more so that it’s not mentioned in the information provided at booking. It would be much better if this was included as an ‘extras’ service at the time of booking and won’t feel like a surprise when you’re checking in. Other than that, can’t fault the place
