This was our second time we stayed in your hotel last June for one week and we decided to come back this year, October,4th to 11th Your stuff is great rooms were very very clean and roomy. No problem with noise. We have one complaint as the odor outside the hotel unfortunately we could not bear the odor and could not spend any time by the pool. JD

The term “The All New” should not be used in the title because in my experience it misleading. Especially the shower, I did not see anything new about it, except for the soap and conditioner dispenser. Everything thing else was just ok, average. The sheets are not changed every other day, but once a week. As for towels, I had to ask for clean sets. The property that I stayed near Danny Buouy, is not at the beach front as the picture shows, but within short distance walk. The walk was nice and short once I found the entrance to the beach. The building is located in the central of the busy business area.

There was mold in the room, torn patio furniture, the front door barely closed. Checked in and 30 mins later checked out to stay at another hotel. Very unacceptable, eyesore, citizens of Turks in front of the “renovated hotel” drinking/smoking. I try to find the good in a bad situation but this was totally by far the worst experience. Imagine you flying from DC to Turks for your birthday week and you come to a slumlord trenches. Unused, vandalized vehicles behind the property; it was a good picture. False advertisement at its finest. Don’t get me to mention the “lobby”. The concierge was nonchalant about my feelings. I will be calling the higher ups on this. And to add, it’s non refundable! I don’t leave bad reviews but this right here needs to be said! There’s no way I could’ve stayed my 5 days there. I’m a senior citizen and having to carry my luggage 2 flights of stairs, no bellboy to help etc. Stay at your own discretion, don’t let the price nor pictures fool you!

Stay away from this place!

The rooms were relatively clean, but the rest of the property looked pretty bad and was badly kept. There seemed to be fall or trip hazards everywhere. Also, the air unit in two of our rooms leaked right in front of the door causing a slip hazard everytime we entered. The maintenance was informed, but nothing was done. Overall, it was decent for the price but I would not stay there again.

Had a room with mold and a kid that has allergy. Second room had a bug and lizard but you are in tropical area. Over all they were super helpful and every complaint we had they correct immediately. Also hotel is in the back parking lot as a restaurant if you gps is confused

Front desk clerk is awesome and so accommodating! She answered every question and concern! And so friendly! I love this place its perfect for a solo traveling!

Second time here and will definitely be coming back!! The hotel is located near everything you need and the beaches are incredible. The staff are wonderful!! Always willing to assist!

Fairly priced in a very expensive city

We stayed here for 5 nights and found the location to be excellent. You are right on Grace Bay Rd and surrounded by small shops and a few dining options. The best part is you are literally 5 min walk to Grace Bay Beach, which is the cleanest beach on the island with no sea weed whatsoever. A few items in the room could be improved- the lamp next to the bed stopped working 3 days in. It was an extremely cheap lamp. The AC was dripping with water for the 1st 2 nights, and we requested this to be fixed. Liquid hand soap would've been better suited for this level of price and hotel. I expect bar soap for a lower grade motel/hotel. A few small improvements to improve guest experiences. Also, maybe ask your maintenance & housekeeping staff to smile when guest are walking pass them. Except for the front desk girls, no one seem to smile, which may be cultural. They seemed angry or upset. No greetings, no smiles, just staring at their phones the whole time. You have 30 or so rooms, and most of the rooms were empty when we visited during slow season.

Had not a good stay at Gracebay Suites the house keeper was very rude hard to get towels, toilet paper etc. Also experienced a problem with bugs . The hotel didn’t believe that it came from their beds . I had to go out and buy bug spray just to have a little chance of rest. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel..

Very friendly and helpful staff, a bit noisy because of the local bars, but clean, no issues with hot water. Beach is a 5 minute walk to an area specifically for hotel guests, plenty of restaurants within a 10 minute walk
