Lovely breakfast in magical garden surroundings

Quiet peaceful oasis in which to recover from a long journey. Staff were polite and helpful at all times.The hotel itself was attractive and full of character with lovely gardens.The large pool was very nice for a cool swim. I would not hesitate to recommend the Brontë Hotel

Clean room, staff, excellent grounds for relaxing

This has to be the best hotel in Harare. Particularly appealing is the garden. Food, especially breakfast, is similarly excellent. Price is reasonable

This is the best hotel in Africa, the ambience, the service, the politeness of staff, the quality of food, the room, the bathroom, the gardens. I hope they don't get too busy as I definitely will always hope to stay here when I am in Harare. :)

Absolutely beautiful hotel and grounds. The room we stayed in was dated but comfortable with tea/coffee/water etc. There is a nearby complex with a supermarket, bars, restaurants and cafes. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly apart from in the main restaurant which was really strange! Breakfast overall was pretty poor, it wasn’t just the service that let it down.

Always a pleasure staying at the Bronte. Old world charm and staff make you feel at home.

The property is beautiful and well-maintained. However, the customer service could be improved. Staff did not take the time to explain amenities such as breakfast or inform me that dinner was available on-site. I ended up leaving the property to purchase dinner elsewhere, only to find out later it was offered here. Better communication and attention to guests would make a big difference. Every customer should feel valued and informed.

Recommend by a friend, and such a good call. Welcoming and helpful staff, a laundry service , good food and any tiny issue sorted immediately. Lovely gardens and a quiet position. We would definitely stay here again.

Set among lovely gardens, the Brontë is a comfortable retreat and workspace. The staff are friendly and helpful. Dining on site is consistently enjoyable, with meals crafted with care.

The Brontë is a little oasis in this part of Harare. Charming hotel with really friendly staff. It is showing it’s age and slightly run down in areas.
