Hospitality was great, Ocean view and Entertainment was great. cold showers/bath Only, water never warm after running water for 15 minutes Floors appeared unmopped and unswept Not able to Book specialty restuarant during stay

The property was quite nice. Our room didn’t have hot water in the shower. They said a plumber would come at some point. Also the Wi-Fi was not strong enough to reach our room. Only picked it up on the balcony or in the central areas.

Went here for college spring break- definitely not party vibes if that's what you're looking for, but we had a great time. Very relaxing, drinks & food were good, staff was phenomenal. Entertainment is mid but enjoyable.

I’ve never been to Jamaica before and my friend is staying at the hospital. 10 minutes away. Had the best experience. Everyone was so nice so kind very helpful. I have a disability in a walker and everybody was so helpful.

The property is beautiful and well kept . There are many dining options and activities. The best part though is the staff. They are all very friendly and attentive. They had a managers’ meeting where they asked for guest feedback . The next day , the 2 things I had discussed with them were addressed. I was very impressed and I would highly recommend them . They go above and beyond to ensure their guests have a pleasant stay.

Walking catastrophe.

Poor management at the dining restaurants with no customer skills and 0 tolerance for accommodating friends to sit together not friendly and bad service no smiles😧

Staff is absolutely marvelous and we found the facility to be slightly dated but just a fabulous location and amenities

I just left the property this morning 3/16/25, I was told it was an okder Holiday Inn and it showed. Very outdated amenities, the staff is the ONLY thing nice about the resort. It has been taken over from a Spanish group, hope they have deep pockets their going to need them. I DON'T recommend this place for a nice elegant vacation, but for something cheap its a go

Each and every staff member we encountered was amazing, both friendly and helpful. The grounds were absolutely beautiful.

Catalonia is an aged/aging property that is kept clean. However, the stay was very good value for money, price for the all-inclusive offerings. The internet service in the room was weak-to-non-existent until the serviceman installed a gadget to improve it. The food was OK - not mind-blowing; but adequate in offerings and taste and quality. The staff was more than willing and helpful.

Love this place so much. Anytime I visit Montego Bay I stay here. The food, views, staff, service, and location is good with me.

Nice place, the island is cool, food decent, property was in decent shape, need more than Red Stripe beer.

The bartenders were amazing. The restaurant workers were amazing. It was too loud at night to sleep because of the traffic on the road.

Wifi service was not good
