This is my favourite hotel. I’ve checked in here many times! The biggest plus: it’s located inside a mall,so food is never a problem everything you need is just steps away. Overall, I’m always satisfied with my stay. Reception is friendly and check-in/check-out is always smooth and hassle-free. The only downside is the toilet cleanliness just like before, it's a bit so-so and sometimes has an unpleasant smell. Still, I’ll keep coming back. Convenient, comfortable, and reliable. Thanks coz I've got the room with the road view😎

Have a good time staying at the hotel. It was nice and comfy. The staff also very helpful. But the bathroom was a little bit unpleasant smell.

Stayed here for 1 night. Location is superb. But no simple toiletries and wardrobe.

Inside the shopping mall, nearby eateries. Easy check-in checkout. Easy access to KLIA transit, clean surrounding. Helpful and friendly staff. Will come here again.

Check in last minute plan... Got good price from app. Receptionist polite and helpful. Room clean, all in order. Hotel attached with mall, easy to get food. Overall, I give 7/10.

The fan and AC inside the bedroom were very noisy when they were on. So, making my sleep was not comfortable.

The hotel's location is strategic and easy to access. While, the room is comfortable and in good care.

The bathroom was smelly when I came in. When sleeping, I felt itchy on my body. Maybe there are small bugs.
