It was nice there and the waitress was very friendly

Photos do not match the reality of the bathroom can not be locked plugs only 1 and even then for the TV.

Pretty comfortable. good, can be a destination again later.

Staying here was very disappointing, the lights often went out and the AC was often turned off at the same receptionis for the reason that the electricity was not strong and at that time visitors including me were knocked by the receptionist and offered to find another lodging and the money would be returned 50% because there was no electricity at that time.

The bedroom is clean, the location is okay, near the Royal Plaza Mall, convenient for that price, the bathroom is so cute. The Exixixe is rather unfortunate at night. But very family. But it's cool for just 8.5 for the value of the location.

Actually the hotel is quite comfortable but in terms of cleanliness the floor of the room is a bit dusty and when the power goes off it doesn't have a generator.

The worst experience is staying here. Building like not yet finished, shorting of electricity which caused the lights went out long enough. Many mosquitoes. The officer does not provide baygon or other insecticides. New Year's Eve taste in the interior of Surabaya hehe

For hotel rooms it is equivalent to that price. But we only get 1 towel even though twin beds. There is no window. The locations on the maps do not match. The hotel failed to reserve several times. Good thing you can file a complaint with an online agent. For the condition of the room is okay according to the price, quite comfortable. The receptionist was friendly too.
