Friendly, super helpful front desk staff (shout out to Elias and team). Great location near airport. Spacious and well-equipped room. Safe, walkable area close to multiple dining options. Brand new spa with great services. Loved our 3 day stay and would highly recommend.

Excellent staff. The bathroom and shower need some work. It was exceedingly difficult for me to wash my face and shave because of the way the faucet and sink is constructed.

Great place to stay with a very friendly reception / staff to help you with any needs or request. If I had to pick a negative, it would be the about the room wifi. Should be able to connect to more than three devices and boost signal a bit more. Then again, it could've just been a weak signal in my room. Really enjoyed the spa located on site too.

All good except that the reception calls to check to see everything is ok at weird hours, which is rather annoying and inconvenient.

I truly enjoyed my stay here and has a lot of amenities in the hotel the staff was great the food was well portioned I will be back again from Chicago to Africa.

We had an amazing stay at Ramada Bole Addis! The location was convenient and felt safe for walking around. The staff were outstanding—friendly, professional, and dedicated to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. The entertainment was also excellent, adding to the overall experience. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again. A big thank you to the staff for making my trip so enjoyable!

2 night stop. Decent hotel close to airport with nearby good eating options (try Yod). Early check-in was unavailable, a light in room did not work and bar on 10th floor is small but otherwise hotel was fine and service excellent.

Excellent staff. They are all helpful and go above and beyond to make anyone’s stay a delightful experience. Property is conveniently located to a lot of amenities, well maintained and clean rooms.
