When our laundry was not explained for sure how many kg it hit, suddenly it only hit 4 kg, even though I weighed less than 3 kg myself, but that's okay, hopefully this will be a lesson for others.

The best thing is, I've stayed here twice.

Not so clean, no sandal, spacious bathroom, noisy bed.

Disadvantages: The room is not clean, there are spider webs, as soon as you enter the toilet there are cockroaches coming out of the avur drain below, ask to be cleaned at the receptionist, behind the room it turns out that there are still cockroaches. Price: A bit high for the quality I got.

The hotel is really difficult to contact when I received one day delay flight schedule. Moreover, the toilet door area was slippery, I and my colleague fell in the same point. I also did not receive make up room service on my first day, when I asked them to make up, their staff was not friendly. This is really unfortunate since I enjoyed at this hotel in Mid 2021 but it was chaos in April 2022. Not recommended and I hope they can create better service more in the future.
