Parking terrible- got locked in the parking lot which is outside the premises and if anything happens they aren’t responsible, when I told the receptionist all he did was give me a smirk and gave some lame excuse Rooms- Old, humid, dirty almost nothing is provided but a miserable soap, no blue towels for the pool, no shampoo nothing!! Facilities- Even worse than the rooms, might as well not bother Food- Worse part of it all definately not a buffet you have 4 options at most, we are at the beach for crying out loud and there’s only 5 fruits to pick from, at least a “ceviche” but no… there’s more bread than food and the bread is terrible Wifi/ Charging pots don’t work

I loved this hotel is the best one in this town

It was very difficult to check-in late, past 10pm. There was far too much confusion and delays. They picked up the breakfast buffet 45 minutes early each morning. They added a hidden charge of $140, whiuch Expedia got refunded to me. The place and the rooms are beautiful, but the attitude and service is despicable.

Property looks nice, room good except for the bathroom needs upgrades for the price paid compared with other facilities at main cities I stayed in my visit to Ecucuador

The fitness center was noisy, dirty, and filled with non guests. Area around the hotel felt unsafe.

I had a great stay. The staff was super friendly. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The only downside was the rolling blackouts.

Internet is terrible, I found a better connection at a nearby restaurant. Old towels, lack of maintenance in general. The air conditioning doesn't work and if it works you don't feel it at all. We spent hot nights. The buffet breakfasts were very good although they did not have a variety of milk or gluten-free foods. The redeeming thing was the very attentive and helpful staff, excellent attitude and friendliness, they try to solve things the best they can.

Staff is really nice and always willing to help

I think property need some upgrades in the room and restaurants and pool area and make the drinks package better when is all inclusive
