Nhân viên cực kỳ không chuyên nghiệp hoặc cố ý không chuyên nghiệp. Phòng phải có 2 thẻ từ nhưng đưa cho khách có 1 thẻ, khách yêu cầu phải 2 thẻ thì 2 nhân viên lễ tân liếc mắt nhìn nhau rồi cười cợt nhả đứng một lúc kệ khách, đến lúc hối thì mới miễn cưỡng đưa cho khách. Khách sạn 5* mà nhân viên lễ tân có thái độ phục vụ cợt nhả coi khách như không biết gì ? Hay đây là cách Grand Vista traning nhân viên ? thái độ cực kỳ thiếu chuyên nghiệp và tỏ ra coi thường khách. 1* cho thái độ. Lễ tân là bộ mặt của công ty, nhân viên như nào khách sạn như vậy, sẽ không quay lại!
