Overall it was good. Perfect location? But rooms are super small, and the hotel needs better maintenance. Elevator is super slow and the stairs are not the safest, specially the main entrance.

Had a VERY small basement room - was quiet - but TINY with a LOT of steps. Would not recommend this hotel for anyone with mobility issues- the front steps are almost a ladder 😬! Many hotels are closer to “downtown” - about a 20 minute walk away from Anne Frank house. Found old candy spilled under edge of the bed - so minimal vacuuming had been done in a while. First time in Amsterdam- so hard to compare what one “should” get for $225 per night - but we were a bit disappointed.

Small room but clean. Over 30 mins to the centre but great bars etc close by.

Location was good. Didnt like the dangerous bare screw hanging out the wall next to bed

Small rooms but ok for one night, Comfortable beds, shower ok kettle and espresso machine.

Very clean, nice decor, good location, bed comfortable (firm but not too firm). The room was compact but had everything we needed at a reasonable price for an expensive city. The only thing I didn’t like was that there was a frosted glass wall on one side of the bathroom facing the bed, giving little privacy into the bathroom when you needed to have a light on in there. Otherwise, a great stay and would highly recommend

The property was very comfortable. The location excellent. The rooms were a little small but very clean and comfortable. Who stays in the room anyway!

The room was very small, but that is typical for Amsterdam. 86 sq ft to be exact. There were no room for suitcases and no closet. Also lighting in the bathroom kept falling and were scared they were going to charge us but it was broken when we got there.

Nice hotel just outside what used to be the outer canal of the city, 400 yrs ago. Easily walkable to the Rijksmuseum. And everywhere, really. Tram 17 is a block away (behind the property) and there are others that stop at Leidse Sq., just across the canal, including the express from the airport. Breakfast is good, although I only went twice out of the 5 days. The coffeemaker in the room is good, and there's a little fridge so you can keep milk and snacks. There are 5-6 steep steps from the street, so it's not really handicapped accessible. My room was comfortable and quiet. The only odd thing is there's a window in the wall right next to the toilet; it's frosted, but still, if you're there with a companion, you're a little bit on display, it feels like. Weird design choice.

Great quick stay. Clean and close to tram/metro

The Leonardo Hotel was a great location for seeing museums, close the Centraal station. The hotel had quirky decor, a very helpful desk staff. Showers were really small but functional.

This hotel definitely leans to the budget side. We liked almost everything, except the small room size and the stairs at the entrance. Location is quite good.

This uniquely decorated hotel is ideally located. Five minutes walk to the trams. Be warned the rooms are very small.

Los cuartos son minimalistas asi que una persona claustrofobia no la pasara bien. Tiene buena ubicación y aunque se usa para bañar y descansar si es poco espacioso.

Like the hotel, staff and service are very nice.

athe place was charming in away, but there are about 10 steep stairs entering the building. With my limited mobility and using a walker, it was almost impossible.

Hotel was conveniently located near many restaurants - The Pantry restaurant just a 5 min walk. Walking all through Amsterdam was easy, about a 30 min walk to central station. Hotel staff were excellent - even let us check in at 7:00 am after a long flight
