Nice family oriented

Very poor experience. When reached at motel at around 5pm, we were told no rooms are available as our room was double booked and already alloted. We were told no other rooms are available except one room where toilet is outside the room. This has caused huge inconvenience.

Great value for money. Location was central and close to places to eat. The room was very clean and supplied with toiletries. Would definitely stay here again

We were upgraded to the family room on the ground floor as the wife has an ongoing heart condition. The owner suggested we stay downstairs, and nothing was a problem for him.

Fabulous value for money. Small but very clean and comfortable rooms. Host Norman is a great feller!

Great place for a stop through

easy safe very good price

A very restful stay. A central location with big park, and plenty of eateries. Desk staff, while not initially available at checkin time, once arrived were very friendly and accommodating. Had to phone them at locked front door to get in.

Good position and clean.

This room was advertised as Deluxe - no way. Room is very small. Had to put suitcase on chair and then there is no way you can walk around the bed. Shower head was hanging off, and husband had to fix before he could use it. Towels were not on bed as normal, but did find them tucked away in cupboard. Room was clean but very tired and in bad need of renovating. Could hear people moving around in other rooms, so walls must be very thin. Only good thing was the bed was comfortable.

ROOM 6 The normal way I rate a room is the shower hot water and great water pressure and a comfortable bed, and a quite air-conditioning this room rated fantastic with all the boxes ticked.

Perfect neat room, Owners are very lovely and kind. Definitely recommend and would stay again. The park opposite is divine, and everything nice and within walking distance. Very friendly community.

Exceeded expectations, clean and great service

Great value accommodation for the budget-conscious particularly in peak snow season, when similar accommodation in Jindabyne costs multiples more. Appreciated the public kitchenette with sink, cutlery, full-size fridge and microwave, which made it easy to prepare and heat up pre-made food.

An interesting stay - obviously an older building recently refurbished. Stairs to negotiate, odd decor but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean - for a couple of nights, what else do you need? Very convenient and walking distance to Cooma shopping centre for dinner at the pub or whatever you need.

You get what you pay for here. It's cheap, convenient to town and clean. But it's basic, every single floorboard creaks and the TV didn't work. If all you need is a bed for the night, this is good pption.

Upstairs from the closed restaurant

I think people need to know that there are a lot of stairs to carry your luggage up .It is very basic but clean could have thicker towels and another blanket . But it wasn’t as expensive as other motels in Cooma in winter. Good parking around the back but could only use the front doo. Needs a reception area .
