Convenient

Beds were lumpy and very uncomfortable meant virtually no sleep - need to update bedding asap

Perfect location and many options for food and drinks!

There was a light in the room and I couldn’t find the switch. It was difficult to sleep

I needed somewhere to stay as I was driving a very long distance to attend a family funciton. My search criteria for accommodation includes, King Bed, Off street Parking, clean rooms and bathrooms, won't stay anywhere that has a shower curtain instead of glass screen. I always check reviews, and the reviews for Mercure Rouse Hill were very favourable. It is a little difficult to find but it is a true surprise in the very best way. Clean, modern and lots of eateries to choose from.

Superior King Room was clean enough and good enough for a couple of nights but nothing spectacular. The bed was a bit lumpy in the middle too. We were also oddly told we were being upgraded on checking in but the room was the same as we had booked so not sure what happened there.

This property is situated next to a large hotel complex which offers great food and drink options. I will stay there again if the need arises.
