Really good place to stay, especially for winter at Hakuba. The facility got all the thing you needed, the cooking utensil, microwave, heater & many more. You name it. The staff was really good, really fast reply when I ask about the check-in process because I arrived late at night & forgot to ask beforehand as it stated to contact them 3 days earlier but I forgot. Really glad they response so fast & can check-in smoothly. Thank you for the stay. Really recommended it 👍
