Fairly new, beautiful hotel in a central location, however, quiet at night. Large, clean room. Excellent staff. Will stay again

It’s a relatively new hotel. Room decor pretty modern and spacious. But the location is abit inconvenient as it’s not near the shopping area and our room was facing the construction sites. However, we chose this hotel as it is nearer to the historical sites that we wanted to visit. The room is generally clean but we found stains on the grout lines near the sink and in the bathroom areas. It shouldn’t be the case for a five star hotel.

Definitely a repeat hotel when in Nanjing 👍👍

We only spent one night but the hotel was stunning. We wish we had more time to stay another day to enjoy the spa and the pool

Perfect hotel. Room was extremely comfortable - bed was firm and good to lie in for hours, amenities were good and staff warm, friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was a HUGE spread. Took us 2 breakfasts to finish trying everything. The hotel also helped us organise a good day tour. Highly recommend this hotel.

Brand new hotel which is really nicely appointed. Great pool and gym. The room was really nice. The only thing that is a bit odd is the location. It's not really near much that tourists/business people would gravitate towards. However, it is easy enough to take a taxi and/or walk to some locations.

Newly opened high-class facility. Stylish design of lobby, guest room, lounge etc..

Near to supermkt and other local shops. Hotel staffs are cery warmth and friendly.

Nice place with great service staff. New hotel opened in Oct this year.

従業員がとても親切に対応していただき、感謝しています。フロントの方がConcert　Ticketの手配をしていただき、無事、参加することができました。敷地内に、中華料理店があり、利用しました。素材も良さそうで、大満足しました。Massageも3日利用ました。スタッフの愛を感じました。また、南京へ遊びに行く際はこちらのホテルを利用しようと思いました。　

신상호텔이라 푹 잘수있었고 주변이 조용했음 그리고 친환경 어메니티도 좋았고 직원들이 친절함 위치는 좀 애매하지만 주변의 지하철을통해 도심접속이 용이한편

Staff (Gray Liu) is super nice. The room is perfect as well. Kempinski will be my #1 choice when I visit Nanjing again.
