Mold damage in the ceiling drywall - poorly covered with a bad paint job. Towel bars were falling off the wall in the bathroom. Rotted front window sashes and loose glass that were dangerous for my daughter to be around. Several doors were misaligned and were impossible to close due to striking the jamb. We had to move furniture to open the dishwasher. Molded silicone and grout failing in the shower. We had a 6 day booking and we left early because of the moldy air and general conditions.

HORRIBLE!!!! My family and I booked and paid for our reservation months in advance, only to be told that we lost our room reservation to someone who is a Marriott Bonvoy member. I was forced to find another hotel on the spot and told that I had to wait 7-10 days for my refund. DO NOT BOOK! Oh and I forgot to mention, you have to park 2 blocks away in a tight parking garage that charges $30/day and the hotel only gives you a $5 discount.

Sonder guests should be aware of special information Sonder requires to complete a first-time reservation, and should look for messages from Sonder shortly after initializing the reservation process .

Located in the heart of City Market, this is the perfect location for a stay in the historic district of Savannah. Starbucks is right below making for a great start to the morning. Shopping, sight seeing, and restaurants are right outside your door. No need to drive with everything in walking distance and a parking garage located within the block,

Great place to stay, home away from home. We like having a full kitchen and the feel of an apartment. I also like that they supplied 7th Generation cleaning products. The bed was comfortable. I was not aware that stairs were the only option to the 2nd floor, which was more of a challenge taking up suitcases. All and all it was a great find at a great price!

Very bohemian. Charming apartment style room with everything you'd need to spend a few nights in Savannah. Easy to get into and out

The location was amazing! Everything is nearby, it was quiet, and comfortable. My only issue was there is no elevator for moving up heavy bags and it’s super minor but every “surface” (besides the kitchen counter) was too small to serve much purpose. The sink was too small, dining room table was too small, the side tables were really small - but the room was large. It was a really nice stay. Would absolutely go back! I honestly can’t find any fault in the property.

The stay was great I just wish there was a better system for unloading and loading our items from the car. I transported two kids and we had a lot of bags and bulky items we had to bring.

We absolutely loved our stay here. You can hear the noise of the all the fun below but that was great for my bunch of heavy sleepers looking to have fun! Even my 78 year old dad did ok with the stairs and the across the street parking garage. The walk to river street was perfect! The place is so cute with so much character ! My dad stayed in 2h and we were in 2b which was great for allowing us to be close while having our own accommodations! Of course, all of my girls loved being able to pop right down to the Starbucks too! We hope to be back soon!

Bad customer service. Dog barking next door all night long in a hotel that ‘doesn’t allow pets’ and no hot water

Overall the apartment was very well kept & secure. I appreciated how thorough check in instructions were as well as how close the parking structure was to our location (so important if renting a car or driving). In addition being so close to a major street & central to downtown allowed for ease of walkable travel and access to many different amenities & activities. The room is equipped with everything you’ll need & surplus amenities are available in a pantry-like closet with in the building. I will say that the area is not quiet per se. It is on a busy street, next to a church & the building is older so other patrons walking in and out can be heard. The Drayton however does provide earplugs and a bedside sound machine. In the end, our sleep was not disrupted except for the church bells which rang as early as 8am. Good thing my husband and I are somewhat early risers. Overall, I would recommend if you want to stay local & have access to the downtown area and also feel safe.

This concept is so neat and niche. Love the idea of the entire thing from your own codes to your own miniature apartment. Place is always very clean and new. Each location is very different from the next allowing a new experience each time. Will be back.
