The view was fantastic. Everyone was friendly and the driving was good. Nice small town atmosphere.

The stay at this motel was and has definitely been an amazing stay. I came here for work was treated very well and must I say The View from my window every morning and evening was just simply breathtaking thank you too housekeeping that did an amazing job making sure that my stay was great.

The view is amazing! Can’t wait to return for another stay!

Remarkable view of Mississippi River Valley. Birds galore, at feeders and on river. Bring your binoculars. Birders would love this location for exploring birds of various species. Great beauty to experience at Eagle View Lodge.

Cute little motel, great view. A little outdated but we don't mind as long as it's clean! The bed though.....very hard and uncomfortable. For that reason we probably won't stay again. Otherwise we would!

Wonderful morning view of the Mississippi River

Unfortunately, we got there late and left early. But, we were pleasantly surprised at how clean and comfortable the room was. The views were awesome! The town was much closer and larger than we expected. Many restaurants close. Would definitely stay again!!

Had a great view of the Mississippi. Nice area to sit outside and watch the sunset and stars come out. Staff was great.

Beautiful view from both inside our room and outside. There was lots of seating room outside the room for taking in the view. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Nice room

I cannot rate this property since I did not actually stay there. I was under the impression it was "on the river", when actually it is "overlooking the river". The person who called me about my "no show" rated the property quite highly and said it is a "must see to appreciate". Maybe next time?!

Great view of the river

This is a nice little motel, with great views of the river. Grounds were nice, with amenities for guests to use. It's a nice quiet area and has great "curb appeal". No, there is no ice or soda machine, as some complained about. Not a huge deal, plan ahead or run down the hill to the station or store. The room was small but clean, yet had some issues & was not quite finished. The corner cabinet was kind of a make shift cabinet/counter top. Counter top was not finished/correct size for the cabinet it was sitting on. So looked a little "off". There was also a carpet patch right in front of the bathroom, which didn't look right & was hard not to stumble/trip on it, when using the bathroom. There were stains all over the carpet as well, so that looked unappealing. Bed was okay, but not very comfortable to me. It was rather hard in my opinion. I realize it's not a big chain motel/hotel, but just feel for price paid, the room should have been more finished & carpet could have been cleaner. I tried to attach photos, but for some reason the app won't let me attach any. ☹️ Google review has some though.
