The service from Nginap is unquestionable, very good and responsive. But if I may give some input, for each room to be provided with maintenance if there is minor damage. The place where I stayed the shower and jet flush leaked so the water was wasted continuously (wasteful) and also if possible provide a broom and wipol. Apart from that everything is good.

Comfortable, clean. Since I stayed for several days, maybe the input is to also provide cleaning tools (broom/vacuum cleaner)

Nice and cozy, but electricity were cut off on random periods. In just one night, I experienced 6 of those cut offs

Clean, comfortable, fast check in/out response, complete facilities, family friendly, safe, and quiet, not noisy because it is not too centrally located but access to everywhere is still okay.

The owner did not follow up on the order, so we were confused when we wanted to check in.

Strategic location, complete furniture, only to enter you have to pay parking 25 thousand per (24 hours).

Friendly staff, helped with coordination for check-in because I arrived at night. Next, a visit to Yogya will be on the list of places to stay again.

Di Hari sabtu pagi sudah saya info kalau pulsa listrik mau habis, eh di hiraukan malam Hari kehabisan pulsa listrik kamar, kasian anak saya masih bayi, terpaksa kita pindah hotel.

I ordered 2 unit, superior and deluxe. The deluxe room was super comfort. Almost no drawbacks in the deluxe room but its size. If any unit renovation, this room 's size need to be added. And for superior room, my family got some discomfort for its facilities. Start from the bathroom 's water outlet wasn't smooth; The electricity disturbance; And channels on TV that are hard to find. I hope the management could improve this room so the next guest can get better service. Thanks!

The check-in process is complicated, we are required to fill out a form with a lot of fields, it's not as simple as staying at a hotel, electricity is down, parking rates in and out are calculated, plus per 12 hours we can pay for parking 25 thousand plus if we go in and out of parking it doesn't include
