Super beautiful and incredibly convenient for getting around to amenities, the staff are friendly and lovely, and there are plenty of entertainment options like a water park, karaoke, PlayStation, etc.

My two-night stay here was fantastic. The staff were incredibly enthusiastic and polite. Pros: Spacious rooms with excellent amenities, especially the bathroom. Direct sea view. The surrounding area is large and full of trees. There's a small football field, volleyball court, table tennis, billiards, karaoke room, movie room, water park, tennis court, picker ball, and two swimming pools. Cons: Soundproofing in the rooms isn't great. Because it's a resort, it's far from the city center, and there aren't many entertainment options nearby. It's great for families or couples on a relaxing getaway. Bring your own snacks. There's a restaurant and a small mart about 1.6km from the resort. The restaurant offers a shuttle service. There's a Vinbus service from the airport to Nha Trang that passes by the resort, making transportation very convenient.

The rooms are spacious and clean, with free access to a sauna/steam room. However, the hotel needs to replace the towels; they are too old, stained, and frayed, and shouldn't be used by guests. This doesn't live up to its 5-star standard. The breakfast was average, with limited options.

We stayed here for 2 nights during our 15-day vacation from Ho Chi Minh City to Nha Trang. During this entire trip, we chose only 4–5 star hotels and resorts, so I believe my comparison and evaluation are quite objective. The facilities, rooms, and surroundings are very beautiful. We had a room with a lovely sea view from the balcony, and from the entrance we could also see the mountains and the bay at sunset — truly wonderful. However, the biggest downside is the restaurant. The breakfast buffet is acceptable, but the lunch and dinner service felt extremely slow and unprofessional. The service staff really need improvement. On both occasions, we ordered drinks but had to wait until the end of the meal — and they still never arrived, even though there were only three tables of guests and the restaurant was not busy at all. The food prices are quite high compared to the quality we received. ⸻

Everything was fine except the evening buffet had too few options and was not delicious in the first experience. Second, I called the reception to ask for a glass of ice but it took a long time to be brought, I went down to get the ice myself, even though it was not the check-in-check-out time. Apart from those two unpleasant experiences, everything was great, the scenery, the rooms were very beautiful, the staff were all enthusiastic and very nice to us. I will consider it when I come back.

The location has few entertainment and experience areas. If you want to eat or play, you have to go very far. The surrounding infrastructure is a bit poor. This is a big minus point. The food is not diverse. There are not many typical dishes of Nha Trang, only seafood. Eating a lot will make you bored The room is clean and beautiful, one door has a sea view, one door has a mountain view. Nothing to complain about. Good service. The hotel is very accommodating The swimming pool and beach are beautiful. The only problem is that it closes too early in the summer. The beach closes at 6pm, the swimming pool at 7pm. There is nothing to experience at night The breakfast is very delicious and well-prepared with high-quality ingredients

I am extremely impressed with the beautiful view, delicious food, great staff, and there is a car to get in and out of the city for guests. If I have the chance, I will stay for 2 nights.

As a 5-star resort, I expected professional Bellman service, but I was disappointed. I only received help pushing my luggage into the lobby and had to manage the rest myself. At check-out, I pushed two large suitcases out without any assistance until my boyfriend arrived with the car, when one staff finally helped load the luggage. This clearly showed a lack of professionalism. In addition, I was disturbed by noise from surrounding rooms, which made my stay less comfortable.

My family had a great experience at the resort. I have a 5 month old baby and received all the priority. Friendly staff, delicious food, compared to the price and quality of the food I think it is quite good. The room is beautiful, airy, clean, friendly staff. I will come back to the resort again if I come back to Cam Ranh.

My family can have fun and relax all day here. The hours for eating and drinking are comfortable, including breakfast buffet, afternoon tea, cocktails, and the new water park that the kids love. The beach here is beautiful except for the months when the waves are big and you can't swim.
