I had a terrible experience here..
I chose the hotel as a place to rest at the beginning of the year, staying on the first day of Tet. I booked a deluxe room for 2 adults and 1 child through the app. However, when I arrived to check in, the staff was not flexible and chose a room with 2 single beds, without asking the guest, even though they knew there were 2 adults and 1 child.
The room's soundproofing was very bad, seriously degraded. The bathtub had a broken shower head, it was for show but not usable. The guest upstairs kept jumping on the floor making noise, I contacted the hotel but the receptionist outside called me 5 or 7 times saying they couldn't contact the guest upstairs but couldn't solve the problem, there was no specific answer.
And at around 3am in the middle of the night, someone rang the bell to disturb my room, it sounded like the staff was cleaning up, going to the wrong room, I reported to the hotel but got no response.
On the second morning when I went down to eat the buffet, when I went back up, I couldn't get into the room because the card was locked. I waited for about 15 minutes before the support staff said it was because the card was faulty and changed to a new one. I don't understand why the room was in good condition but 2 cards were locked at the same time? The receptionist only said it was due to a technical error and didn't explain anything further.
And what I don't like is that the staff didn't say anything about the sponge festival, there was no information or communication to the customers. I stayed for 3 days and only found out that the hotel had a sponge festival on Tet, when I arrived the event was over.
Menu to order food click on TV is also a challenge.. 520k for a portion of beef shaking all minced meat... the quality is a bit bad compared to the price. Simple breakfast buffet with few dishes, however, the coffee counter is also very good, enthusiastic bartenders work very quickly.
