Stayed here for 2 nights in Feb 2026. We booked an accessible twin room but it was definitely not considered accessible by ADA standards. Hotel is quite dated and run down. Staff (Willey) at the reception on check in was not very personable/customer service oriented. I'm not sure if it was a language barrier as the staff barely know any English. He was also very timid and spoke so softly I could barely hear him. Also, be warned that there is a mandatory "onsen" fee of ¥150 per person, per night. This must be paid regardless of if you use the onsen. I found this rather to be a cash grab since it should only be charged to guests who actually use the onsen. We ended up with a gigantic room by Japanese standards. There were only two single size beds (twin) but a huge tatami area with 2 futons that you could set up which is perfect for toddlers/kids area. The bathroom was very small though. I feel like they should have given the bathroom a bit more space and the room less space to balance it out. Our bathroom was so old that there was not dedicated faucet for the bathtub/shower. The water for bathing/showering is run from the sink so you have to switch a lever to get the water to go from the sink to the tub. It was also leaky. The room was relatively clean but I think the age of the hotel really shows. Interesting thing is there is a goat on the property just outside the main entrance. You can feed it in the morning.

Old rooms. Staff were fast in getting us to moved into another room when the toilet didn’t work, but then in the evening they couldn’t move us again when the shower water was lukewarm only. Breakfast was good.

It is of reasionable price, and very close to the Husi Ten Bosch station. Also has free parking.

Is a classic hotel trying its best to be relevant. Staffs were wonderful, everything is within expectations.

This is the 2nd time for us to stay at this hotel. We love the proximity to Huis Ten Bosch. The room we used this time was much better than last October 2021. However, the sound on the TV was garbled. Also, the breakfast food was just so-so.

駅から近くって便利です。ホテルサービスがあまり 朝食も1500でしたがそんなに料理がなかった。 アメニティとか、充電なども部屋になかった電話したらフロントまでので受け取りなんてまずい

We liked the proximity to Huis Ten Bosch. However, the bathroom had mold in some places! Not ok.

チェックイン前の午前中から車を停めさせていただき助かりました。　 温泉も素晴らしかった。　 ただカメムシが大量発生していてロビーや露天風呂がかなりカメムシ臭かった。まめに掃除してくれたら助かります。

駐車場は宿泊日の朝から利用でき、ハウステンボスも近いので便利でした。 お風呂は大浴場があり歩き疲れた後にゆっくり温泉に入れて良かったです。チェックアウトの日も温泉に入ることができて(無料でした) 本当に有り難かったです。これからリピート間違いないです。

ハウステンボスに行って宿泊しました。 朝食はメニューが少ない気がして残念だった。 でも宿泊客の人数から言ったら妥当かなと感じた。 部屋は古いけど綺麗だった。 部屋着のズボンが使い古しすぎて裏地が毛玉だらけで気持ち悪かった。毛布あったのは嬉しかった 大浴場も気持ちよかった。6時から入れたらなお良かった。

夫婦二人でお世話になりました。部屋も広く綺麗でした。お風呂は大浴場・サウナそれに露天風呂もあり湯あたりするまで楽しみました。お陰で朝までぐっすりでした。また利用しようと女房と話しています。

お風呂が地域の方にも開放して見えるので余り清潔感が無く残念でした。チェックインを主人がしたので、私が知らないだけかもしれませんがバスタオルがないのは考えられませんでした。お部屋はとても狭かったです。朝食は種類は余りありませんでした。駐車は広くて良いです。

朝食は美味しく、二泊しても飽きませんでした。

地元の特産品もあり美味しくいただけました ただ、連泊時はメニューがほぼ同じ点を除けば満足です スタッフはお声がけも徹底されており清掃スタッフの方を含め挨拶をされます

連泊でしたが、朝食がほぼ同じだったので、ちょっと残念でした。割り箸が湿気の匂い？食べる時に臭かったです 和洋室の部屋が、カーテンではなく障子でした、 朝8時過ぎに起きたかったのですが、6時頃から外の明るさで目が覚めてしまい寝不足でした

朝食メニューは品数は多くないけど、必要十分で美味しく頂きました。 温泉は少し塩っぱく、これも諸々必要十分な感じでしっかりリラックス出来ました。
