Room was pretty bad, wall paper coming of the wall, Mold in the bathroom with paint coming off the ceiling. Shower head floating on the pipe and moved around in the large hole it came out of. Couch was missing and was not corrected by staff nor any type of compensation for the problem with the room. Basically and $125 room that they were charging over $300 for. Won’t stay there again.

Parking was easy, air conditioning worked well. Room was dated and not what was expected. Our previous stay at the Rodeway was in the annex and it was a much nicer room than room 417. We felt much more comfortable and safe in the annex. Room 417 felt like we were not part of the hotel. Would not stay there again if we were in that part of the hotel.

The grounds need attention. Weeds and generally untidy. The room was clean but the bed wasn’t made well. Also you had to run the water for 5 to 10 minutes to get hot water.

Convenient location. Parking close to all rooms. Separate entrances so you don't always have to go through the lobby. Very large room!

The room was great. The beds were comfy and the AC worked well. I hope I can get this offer sent to me more often so I can plan trips to Stratford more often.

The room was clean. A little dated but good for the price. Close to downtown and the theaters which was very helpful. A lot of food options near by.

Front desk staff were professional, informed, and courteous.

The room was good with areas to be improved. The bathroom had been recently redone and was in excellent condition. The bed was comfortable and the inside temperature on a hot day was comfortable. The couch was a bit dirty in places and there was on a two seater couch, no desk or other seating. Parking was easy, with good size spaces. All the people I spoke to were helpful.

Although I had booked two rooms at the same time, we were placed in rooms in different parts of the hotel. The hotel as clean and the room spacious, but the place looked tired and in need of a refresh.

We had a very pleasant stay at Roadway Inn. Very satisfied.

Definitely dated and updates would be appropriate.

Room is clean and staff is helpful. There is a human caused electricity blackout, after we just checked in, causing some inconvenience.

Close to Theatres. Would stay again

Booked through Expedia, paid almost $200 to find out that what I booked was a motel not a hotel. The hotel itself has both motel and hotel rooms but that was not mentioned when I booked the room. While we were checking in, we asked to change to a hotel room. The hotel employee asked for over $60 extra if we want to switch. We ended up in the room we booked originally, we didn’t want to pay more. $200 for a motel is expensive with no breakfast offered The room was okay but when I opened the bed cover, I felt that the sheets were not changed between customers, there was lots of black small pieces on it. On top of that, there was a black out in the town all night and they did not have a generator. We spent the night without air conditioning. It was a horrible experience. We barely slept. Not sure about the hotel rooms though, they might be in a better shape.

Stay was OK overall.

Old and dated, my room smelled bad(damp and musty). Cracked bathroom floor tiles. Fridge freezer was 70% a block of ice. Far to expensive for the room I had. Will not return to this place.

Overall good value for the price. Friendly and helpful staff.

Lots of rooms, but the one we stayed in was rough (peeling wallpaper, mold in the bathroom grout, overall worn looking place. Kind of surprised considering the reviews.
