Overall great experience.

The hot tub bubbles did not work our first stay and it wasn’t fixed for our second stay. Very disappointing,

Room was clean, but, shower head was not working and could not be adjusted as it was so seized up, so could not take a shower. Fridge would make a load scrapping noise each time it started up, toilet kept running and then shutting off with a load noise in the pipes.(I fixed the continuous running myself)…breakfast was cold-lukewarm warm with paper plates and wooden knives and forks…Hotel is clean, front desk very good staff, but seriously lacking maintenance.I would not return…

New Building.. Amazing

I was put in a room right beside there mechanical/water room and the bed was against the connecting wall and all I could hear all night long was the pump going on and off, I arrived at 10 PM and left at 4:30 AM because I couldn’t sleep

This hotel is conveniently located with plenty of free parking. The room was clean and spacious, beds were comfortable, a mini fridge worked well. Dry sauna was great. Good breakfast and coffee.

Room was clean and the parking was easy as we were pulling a trailer. Breakfast was good made it easy to get back on the road

Love the bed , fell asleep right away . The office chair has seen better days and had a problem trying to close the curtains . There was a gap in them , didn’t matter at night . But the morning came early with the sun . These are just maintenance issues . Another plus I liked is the walk in shower rather than a tub . Much easier to walk into for old timers like me .

Newly renovated and clean hotel. Water slides were not working the night we stayed. Grandkids were disappointed!!

About done with choices hotels. Never ever as advertised. No waterslide, freezing cold pool, hot tub not hot. Sauna couldnt break a sweat if ya tried. Stayed here with 3 kids because of the amenities advertised. Not worth the money.

The hotel and the room was very nice and modern. The staff was very nice. A PLACE to come back to for sure.

Every thing was good

Breakfast was mediocre. Bathroom needs thorough cleaning. Toilet seat is loose. Plug in sink needs work. Foul odour coming out of drain.

The property was clean and our room mostly OK. There was not a big selection for breakfast but what was there was tasty. I am not a fan of paper cups and wooden cutlery. Our room (206) did have a few issues. First, the door to the bathroom was loose on the hinges. I was a little scared to use it so we mostly kept it open. Also, there was an unusual, very loud banging sound from time to time, like someone dropping heavy objects upstairs. We later noticed that it only happened after the toilet was flushed and when the water stopped refilling the tank. Probably a loose water pipe rattling inside the wall due to changes in pressure. The AC worked well but was quite noisy.

Getting

Pool was freezing cold, waterslide is super slow, hot tub is hot but no bubbles, sauna is too hot and no control. Pool area seemed dirty. Rooms were alright, they say the beds are queens but they are doubles. Will stay somewhere else next time.

EV Charger was blocked, which was annoying. Should have some signage out to prevent. Smoke detector in the hallway was beeping ALL night. Better off sleeping the in car. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast is convenient but nothing special.

We had a late check in and they welcomed me by name. Bed was comfy and pillows were perfect. Had a great, quiet sleep.
