Probably the best hotel we have ever stayed!

Truly exceptional. My sister and I came here to celebrate our upcoming weddings and could not have picked a better hotel. We stayed in a Ocean Cliff Villa (the staff graciously offered us a complimentary upgrade). The room was fantastic. We remarked every five minutes of our trip how lucky we were and how impressive the property was. The service was truly outstanding from start to finish. To give a sense of just how fabulous the staff is: My laptop screen got damaged en route rendering the laptop unusable; within hours of arrival at the hotel the staff had delivered to my room an external monitor just in case I had a work emergency. Our butlers Javier and Jorge could not have been kinder; they were constantly thinking ahead to activities we might enjoy and always ensured we had reservations at convenient times. Truly, truly one of a kind. We will be back.

Everything about this property was absolutely amazing! Highly recommend visiting ! The staff were incredible, the communication was top tier. Transportation throughout the whole property was easy and certainly convenient. They also provided me a pregnancy pillow which made sleeping and lounging around in the bed and day bed so comfortable for me. I thought that gesture was very helpful. The importance to catering to our needs was the top of their list! We will certainly be coming back!

The best of the best. Great property, great staff. This is a great option to have a wonderful days of spa and don't leave the hotel for any reason. You have everything you need. Amazing views!

Most amazing property we have ever stayed at.

This is one of the best properties I've been to. This reminds me to Capella Ubud in Bali and since I live in Miami, O&O Mandarina would be a great option for a come back. The views, jungle, beach, food, treehouse room and amenities are unlike any other in the American continent. However, pre-stay communication via email to plan an itinerary and service at Alma restaurant (where you normally have breakfast) left a lot to be desired for a property of this level.
