Property location and amenities were great. The bed was the worst thing I have ever experienced. It was like sleeping on bricks.

Paid for parking through hotels.com only to be told it wasn’t valid. When we arrived, the “valet” was just the entrance to a parking garage with a bunch of clueless employees standing around. We were told to leave our car on the side of the road and they would valet it from there since they had “no more room”. We came back later and no employee was to be found, and the garage opened for us by itself. We parked our car OURSELVES, when an employee only appeared after we had gotten out of our car 3 floors up. The valet employees all seemed clueless about how to work their jobs. We still got charged for valet on our room despite the disorganization and unprofessionalism. When I spoke to their supervisor (Joey) the next day, he still had the audacity to ask for a tip when we picked up our vehicle after explaining the whole debacle.

Nice enough place, but limited for food. Elevators didn't work when we got there.

We took a spring break vacation and the hotel was very nice. We had an issue with the TV in our room and were given a new room within minutes. The host were so helpful and super nice.

We stayed for three nights at the property to celebrate our 1-year wedding anniversary. Unfortunately, the guest elevators were out of service throughout our stay, so we had to use the service elevator, which often involved waiting up to 10 minutes. Our room was located next to the stairwell, and since many guests chose to use the stairs to avoid the elevator delays, the door was constantly slamming—about every five minutes during the night. It was also spring break, so the property was crowded with teenagers, which added to the noise and disruption. We attempted to speak with the manager regarding our concerns, but they were not on-site at any point during our stay. Overall, it was a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

Parking fee if $45 per night was not on Expedia. The area around was under construction. No reasonable public parking and no street parking within blocks. Food counter was really limited and some stale. Staff was not at all knowledgeable about the sightseeing and city construction issues etc. Very little help to tourists.

Where do we start?? Terrible customer service check-in then elevators not working so had to take strange route behind bar area to service elevator which was hot and crowded due to staff and other guests having to share it. There was loud music next store and had to complain about that 2x. Then there was not hot water to take showers after long day walking around Savannah. The room was in terrible condition over looking noisy bus station. Would not go here again or recommend to anyone. Greatly disappointed because we stayed at other aloft properties before!!

I am aimlessly wandering from Miami up to Columbus Ohio and decided to stop at Savannah. I think it was my fourth visit there. It’s just an incredible place very beautiful and easy to walk and explore. I also brought my bike and took a bike ride while I was there. The hotel itself was in a good location central to everything.

It was not a good week for the elevators but they were so apologetic. I realize things happen I worked in an office for 30 years elevators breakdown they had the service elevator to use no harm no foul. Luckily I was on a second floor I couldn't walk up

The location is excellent. The selection quality of snacks available on the first floor were good. Room design was very good. My room was not cleaned the first day of a four day stay. Reception was polite and tried to help with some recommendations. But generally, the help they provided was to Google information. Overall, they did not seem a resource for recommendations or advice. At least it would be nice to have information on local attractions and resources. The lobby is large and there could be an area with such information.

This Aloft had the best ladies at the front desk. They both were warm, wonderful and happy. The only problem was the elevator was broken that night and people were on it. We actually tried to stay another night but they were booked.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was kind of a joke $3 for a small croissant or muffin. Much better food within walking distance. Now for pros and cons. Pros Not a bad location. Very walkable to most local attractions. Staff from valet to front desk was great. Cons Elevator was broken 90% of our stay. One guest was overheard saying she tried to take the stairs but couldn’t get out of the stairwell. If you ask for extra towels just forget it, they aren’t coming.

I LOVE staying here when I need to visit my kid at SCAD. But man, they have without a doubt the slowest, of slow, slower than any slow elevators I've ever seen. And I live in Chicago where I'm in elevators daily. You'd think they would attempt to fix them?
