Quiet, clean, friendly staff !

Very nice clean rooms

I feel these hotels should offer their products at a bit cheaper price. I mean it was 5.50 for a milk. I know it’s a convenience factor but ur also paying 150 plus a night. No reason for double the cost of a item like that

Check in was quick and friendly. Very clean and updated, unfortunately it was updated rather cheaply. The rooms were poorly designed and looks like a college dorm room. Other than that it was a good stay with a very good breakfast

Just what you need for a comfortable night’s sleep plus a cute and convenient lobby for work or hanging out. They have several work stations with built in plugs and privacy for working along with lots of comfortable seating.

All good. AC in lobby wasn’t working. All rooms had AC

Air conditioner was out in the lobby and dining room so breakfast was toasty!

Try noisy if your room is roadside. Ask for a parking lot room. Air wasn’t working in common areas during a heatwave. Breakfast had half of the options missing or not working.

Stayed here prior to a visit to Cleveland Clinic to which it is conveniently located. Safe location despite some other reviews to the contrary. Very friendly staff! Room was spacious and met our needs for an overnight stay. Free water and popcorn at check-in is a nice touch. Free breakfast was outstanding! Will return to Tru the next time we visit Cleveland.

Everything was fine except for the sound of buses at night, which was very noisy.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved the games in the lobby my kids could play. Rooms were bright and clean. I would definitely stay there again.
