Booked this hotel based upon reviews and I was overall pretty disappointed. Anyone can visit the rooftop area which pretty much ruined the experience.

The property was perfectly located, in the heart of the city, within walking distance from everything. The room was spotless, had everything we needed and comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable and very big. Loved that. Also the staff was lovely, it was great and would definitely come back.

The location is ideally located near shops and restaurants quiet but I was always able to get rest after returning from exploring the city. The staff always greeted me with a smile and were attentive to my needs. The breakfast spread had a tapas section with some cheeses, sliced meats and savory cocas as well as croissants and other pastries. After getting the food from the tapas section, you’ll be asked if you’d like some coffee and how’d you’d like your eggs and what you’d like with them from the available selection.

Phenomenal. No negatives, so so many positives. Its my second time returning to Cosmo - and it was even better than the last. Quality coffee pods, spotless rooms, incredibly kind, passionate and efficient staff. Instant whatsapp responses. Incredible. Particular kudos to Jessica, Laura & Minerva - who absolutely made my week.

Central location. Laura at the front desk took it upon herself to give us a very good overview of places to see and catered it to the time we were spending in Valencia. The room was ideal for us and quiet.

Arrived during the electric power cut across Spain and the receptionist was so helpful checking me in and taking me to my room in the dark. All staff were very welcoming and attentive throughout the stay. Very comfortable, great breakfast and in a central location.

Welcome - excellent Cleanliness - excellent Location - perfect All staff - welcoming Noise in room - disappointing Assume work in neighbouring property under renovation along with shower noise from neighbouring room meant the room was a little noisy . However street noise well blocked by double glazing. A little disappointment but overall a nice stay in good location.

We were very pleased from the moment we arrived. The reception was very welcoming. The staff exceptional, seeing to our every need with a smile. When they found out it was my birthday they gave me a gift which we were surprized and pleased with. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We couldnt recommend this place enough. Great stay overnight in the centre of Valencia, definitely go there again

This is a lovely property. Everything is quite new and well laid out, the staff are excellent, and it is literally right in the middle of old town so pretty much all the shopping and restaurants are a few feet away. We found the breakfast also to be quite excellent with eggs to order and more pastries and cheeses and local meats than one human being could possibly eat at a sitting. The room itself is just large enough to accommodate a king size, bed, and dresser, plus a nice bathroom with walk in shower. Everything is new and spotlessly clean – and the staff are very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Valencia.

The central position was good to be able to see everything,staff brilliant and help with everything, Tommassi and Carisa were the best. And made the trip memorable, thank you both so much. XX
