Very nice quirky lounge/dining room in sunken pool. Free drinks throughout the day which was an added bonus.

Location is really good. Room was a bit cramped but apart from that everything was pretty good. Having coffee in addition to the tea in room would have been nice. Overall a pretty good experience.

Definitely an area for the 20-somethings. Youth fashion, street tests, vintage shopping. Loved it and I’m wayyy beyond my 20s!

Very stylish hotel, tucked away. Staff were very helpful, recommended amazing lunch spot. Room was spacious, slept 4 comfortably. Lounge area and shared kitchen were great touches that made our stay even better. As a family of four, with older teens, we’d definitely recommend this hotel.

Our room was not a nice place to be. It was essentially windowless with a tiny, opaque window. No such rooms were depicted on the website. We booked a twin room but there was no benefit of that as the beds were pushed together due to the available space.

Cool hotel, good coffee shop. Clean and spacious room with excellent bathroom suite. Right by the shopping area if you’re into that.

Enjoyed it. Hotel had lovely decor, great communal areas - luxury hostel vibes.

Very beautiful hotel, the room was comfy. The common "living" area was nice to enjoy some drinks and the kitchen was convenient. Hotel is well located, close to tram stops and an easy walk to the Peace Memorial. I especially loved the art works from local artist shunshun displayed in the hotel.

Staff was helpful in helping forward luggage to airport.

A modern property with a lovely lounge, useful laundry area and spotless kitchen. It was useful to have a double sink and separate shower and toilet as it allowed us to all get ready at the same time. The lounge area was great as it allowed us to wind down by playing card game or have a drink outside of our room. The coffee shop in the reception area was an added bonus. I would recommend KIRO Hiroshima and would happily book again

Excellent location, clean, quiet and comfortable. I was very much disappointed in their policy to not ship forgotten items internationally. I hope they enjoy my wife’s brand new AirPods.

Great location, price, service, room

Really enjoyed our stay! The lounge was nice and rooms were clean. Staff were very pleasant and location was wonderful for us for our first time to Hiroshima.

They had a nice local beer selection, and the Poolside Lounge was great for relaxing after a long day of travels.

Very comfortable, well considered design that is both functional and aesthetic. I particularly enjoyed my time relaxing at “The Poolside”.

Loved the location, walkable to the Peace Museum and lots of good eating options nearby. Really clean and modern hotel. We had the family room with bunks which were super comfortable. Great bathroom and shower.
