Receptionist who is a critical guy must be reprimanded. From online agents, just check on the computer. He makes it hard for people to be tired coming in the middle of the night. And often staying here is difficult. Very bad service.

Spacious rooms at very affordable prices. Highly recommend really comfortable butler parking area is quite spacious, can make parking for cars and motorbikes anyway will definitely come back here again very satisfied though.

The room is nice, comfortable, only the sheets still have stains, no doormats, no chairs, hopefully the sheets will be cleaner in the future.

The place is clean, unfortunately I can't stay long, there are other needs, definitely come back here again!

the rooms are clean and clean. but there is no hot water, the water heater is dead. when my room stayed for the new year, suddenly the lights went out and the switch went down. less satisfying in my opinion !!

The staff is good, but the bathroom has a lot of mosquitoes, the AC smells of cigarettes, can't get toothpaste, toothbrush soap, the pillows are less clean and smell good.

Even though the price is affordable, the facilities are good, clean, comfortable, safe, everything works well.

Rooms are not clean, new come but the floor is still dirty. Stayed 3 nights but room was not cleaned. Please improve the cleanliness. Apart from that it's all good.

Everyone was friendly and comfortable, even though the first day there was a fad turn off the fuse, overall I'm happy here.

The place is very clean, because of the new building, the employees are sociable. But yesterday there was someone who turned off the fuse but ran away. But overall I feel at home until I stay 4, keep it clean.

For the room, the situation is nice and neat because it is still new. The place is comfortable, the water heater works, the AC is ok. But it is unfortunate that drinking water and toiletries are not provided. WiFi is also very minimal signal and local TV channels. Good security & good service. could be an option to stay if there is an event at Ji Expo. please fix the shortcomings.

Check-in queues of 20 minutes already so the rooms are not immediately available, waiting 30 minutes so a total of approximately 50 minutes waiting. Not only that the room was not given soap and mineral water at all so bad maybe it would think again if you come here.

Overall good only the room walls are a bit dirty as I circled there were sticky white patches on the wall and a bit smelly (don't know what that is) hopefully.
