A unique and beautiful place with large rooms and peaceful surroundings. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming. There is a village close by for restaurants. We enjoyed a great breakfast at the chateau. We had a wonderful stay, comfortable and clean with views of the beautiful countryside.

Basic, but large room that was immaculate. Staff was friendly and efficient. Enjoyed dinner.

Beautiful place to stay if you are visiting Quillan: clean, quiet, very well-run. The restaurant is a gorgeous space with wide windows on the town.

The Hotel just felt abit dated in my opinion, but it was a decent stopover on route between France and Andorra, and not expensive. The restaurant was a little old world, but the food itself was reasonable.

The Chaumiere is really the only good hotel in this area, decor feels a little set in the 1990's, but facilities are great and the set menu at the restaurant is a real treat. It has a nice casual feel and a very attentive owner/manager

I think the hotel had been closed for a few weeks and we got there at the exact day and time they were re opening so had to call to get someone to let us in but everything fine after that. There is an elevator. The room had everything , including a mini fridge.

Good welcome. English spoken. Modern lift, large well laid out room. Comfortable beds, extra blanket, Fridge with two bottles of water. Kettle with tea and coffee. Wifi, Large walk in shower - plenty of hot water Good parking right out side the door or underground - small payment. In fact everything you could need and more. The restaurant, too was excellent - choice of French or Vietnamese cuisine, good wine list all at a very reasonable price all cooked on the premises. The pintade (guinea fowl) was amazing. As was the creme brulee. We will DEFINATELY be staying there again and would heartily recommend this hotel and its food.

Lovely hotel. Bedroom was a good size and beds were very comfy. Bathroom was a little outdated. Unfortunately the hotel restaurant was full and couldnt accommodate us for dinner. The rest of the town was quiet so was a struggle to find somewhere. Hotel overall was lovely and good experience.

Nice, quaint hotel. Interesting restaurant that offers a traditional French menu and a Vietnamese menu! We had the Vietnamese menu which was delicious.

Super emplacement à Quillan. Personnel très serviable, chambre très spacieuse, très bien équipée (petit frigo !). Petit déjeuner (en supplement) vraiment excellent avec des produits frais, bio et variés.

Hôtel charmant,accueil chaleureux, chambre spacieuse avec balcon, salle d’eau moderne tout aussi spacieuse, petit déjeuner festif avec aliments de qualité, un lait d’amande fait maison délicieux… hôtel idéalement situé pour rayonner dans la région avec bonne restauration …et magasin bio à 2mn en voiture avec produits de qualité … Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir…

La chambre familiale correspondait tout à fait à nos attentes : un bel espace, une literie confortable, une vue agréable... Seul bémol : Les wC sont dans la salle de bain.
