This is an apartment suit with 24 hour front desk service staff. It is located near the Sol in city center. It is really a nice apartment in the city center for a good price. It has everything you need for a short stay in an apartment with family . The small kitchen has stove, oven and microwave, plates etc. We enjoyed our stay here.

Nice to have coffee and tea in the lobby. We have been travelling to Portugal and Spain during this trip and this was the first hotel that offers coffee, tea, hot water. They also have mini muffin in the morning and wine in the evening, a nice touch.

Localización es excelente. Muy cerca caminando de Puerta del Sol, la Gran Vía y otros sitios de interés. La habitación es práctica y moderna, pero definitivamente incómoda para 4 adultos. Funciona, pero para caminar estando todos es incómodo. Los empleados son muy amables y siempre están dispuestos ayudar. Un poco de ruido cuando limpiaban otras habitaciones y movían muebles, pero tolerable. No se escucha nada de la calle. Definitivamente lo recomendaría y reservaría nuevamente, pero escogería una habitación más grande si vamos 4 adultos.

We're a family of three visiting over Christmas and had a lovely time visiting the compact heart of Madrid while based here. Our 4th floor apartment was spotless and quiet. Take a few steps out the door and be in the middle of the top tourist attractions.

Friendly receiption, good service!

Lovely clean, modern studio apartment. Very close to shops, restaurants, bars ,landmarks & Metro a short walk away. Reception staff very friendly & helpful. Only negatives are its on a street with a couple of bars & people outside the bar make a lot of noise in to the early hours. Balcony doors are old & don't seal properly so unable to block out noise.
