Great location, lots of lively options for food and drink. Bed is a little hard and shower very little but staff were very friendly and helpful. Let me check in at 10am because the the room was ready which was fantastic

I liked the location of the property. The hotel was very dated. They were very rigid, I was specifically told that if i was not at the reception by check out time then I will charged extra. Stay elsewhere, there are plenty of hotels around the area.

The staff was awesome and very helpful. Street noise a bit loud. Shower door needs attention. Step down in extra room needs signage. Room 103. Can be very dangerous

The hotel is in average condition: there is no web access in the rooms and only one AC (of 2) units worked. Otherwise, it is nicely located in the historic center of Palermo with walking distance to all attractions.

This location is in the heart of the entertainment District. Great access to bars, clubs and restaurants with a wide variety of each. Can get a little loud if you want to go to bed early but other than that a great location.

The property itself was nice and conveniently located. I just felt there were too many rules, sort of like being held under the watchful eye of catholic nuns and priests. There are several other hotels in the area, so I would recommend choosing another hotel with less restrictions.

Overall an excellent hotel. The glaring issue with me was the filthy entrance carpet and área immediately outside the front door. It gives one the impression that the place is poorly maintained on the inside, which is not the case. Just not a very welcoming appearance. Our shower wand was leaking, so the maids need to pay more attention to the conditions in the room. Very well designed interiors and great location . Certainly would stay again!

Excellent staff, great location, modern amenities in a beautiful building in a historic area. Walking distance to shopping, sightseeing and dining. Palermo is a confusing city to get around in at first, and this gem is tucked away, not on a main drag where a hotel can just pull up and drop you off. Its really unique, Id stay there again.

Location is the best! Beautiful area to walk around. Only complaint about this hotel was the bed was hard. Everything else was 5-star!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s a great location for exploring the Centro Storico, but it does get noisy on weekend nights. The building is well-maintained and clean. We stayed in an attic room. It is a good size, with a nice terrace, but in a portion if the room, where the desk is, the ceiling is so low you will hit your head. The showers are very small (barely bigger than a slender person) and the bathroom is tight.

The room was great. Spacious and well thought out. Thank goodness for the super window system that kept out the noise. My side of the hotel was noisy. The other side was extremely noisy. But close those windows onto the balcony and it was fine.

An excellent location, within walking distance of the train station, close to the main sights, and with quite a few restaurants and bars nearby.

The size of the room was excellent. Having that balcony never made me feel closed in. Having a separate room for my office was great! Square footage for the money was amazing. My favorite part was the staff. We do not speak Italian. We can’t tell you enough how warm, welcoming and helpful they were. We would highly recommend this hotel! The location to walk to everything is perfect.

Room was large with multiple terraces and very comfortable. Air conditioning is controlled by the front desk as was a bit lacking during the hot summer day. The staff was very kind and helpful. Great for a night or two in Palermo. The location is perfect.

Lovely room and service was excellent and very friendly. We had a great stay and I would thoroughly recommend this hotel. The area was very vibrant into the early hours, so particularly good for those looking for the nightlife.
