Need to renovate the building and furniture.

It's really nice, the owner is also really kind, he can reschedule the schedule at short notice, I really love it, the only downside is that when it rains heavily there is a leak in the middle of the villa.

Strategic location, the house is above the road right on the corner, good view. The bathroom faucet lever is broken, the lever is pulled up, the shower and faucet both come out water. The bathroom lights are not bright enough, the floor feels slippery (there is no bathroom brush, if there is I can brush the floor so it is not slippery). The kitchen is not clean enough, if there is a brush I clean the ceramic myself. The sofa leather in front of the TV is dirty, my suggestion is to give it a cloth/sheet so it is easy to wash and replace. The rest is all okay. Thank you 🙏.

The building is quite spacious (around 100 m²), but most of the walls are moldy. The kitchen is stuffy, there is almost no air because it is closed tightly. The stove cannot be turned off (once it is on, it continues to burn) so it must be removed from the tube. The entrance stairs are a bit steep. Lots of ventilation. The bed is smaller than the mattress so it looks strange.

Actually the location is strategic, but the kitchen and front room of the villa are damp. PIC service is good and friendly. Carport for 1 car

For this villa, the cleanliness is not well maintained and for some reason there is a different atmosphere in this house but so far it is still acceptable to stay in.

Strategic location near the souvenir center and Jatim Park 3, the place is clean, the mattress is very soft, has air conditioning and room 1 is not, there is a kitchen and all the equipment, there is a refrigerator, only the smell in the kitchen is not very good.

Everything is okay, comfortable, clean and fragrant except for the kitchen which smells of musty moss and the sofa in front of the TV smells of sweat, other than that it is incredibly comfortable to sleep soundly without using AC, it is cool and not hot.

The villa is nice. The room is spacious and fragrant, the bathroom is clean, equipped with a salon for karaoke, lots of power outlets, complete cooking utensils, a cold refrigerator, a magic com, and a dispenser. Worth it for that price 👍. If I go on holiday to Malang, I will definitely come here again. But the minus is that the kitchen area is dirty and smelly, so please pay attention, hopefully it helps 👍.

Villa nya sebenernya bagus banyak ventilasi kelihatan terang cuma tirai nya, sofa sama sprei nya waktunya di cuci 🙏 karena berdebu terutama sofa bau keringat dan bepasir saya ada alergi debu jadi bersin-bersin setiap saat sampai sesak dada. Fasilitasnya ada karaoke jadi anak-anak senang ga jauh juga dari mana mana. Thankyou ❤

Kesan pertama: bersih dan wangi! Overall dengan harga 285rb ya oke sih villanya. Masuk di kawasan perumahan yang bagus dan nyaman juga. Dekat dengan Jatim Park 3. Ada rice cooker kulkas dispenser panas & biasa. 2 kamar dengan kasur queen bed. Bagus. Yang perlu diperhatikan cuma AC nya, tolong dong dicuci, sedih banget kamar yang ada AC nya justru panas dan pengap gara-gara AC nya kotor jadinya ga begitu berasa dingin. Tidur malem gobyos semua 🤣 sementara itu yang kamar ada kipasnya lebih dingin. Akhirnya tidur malam pun dengan kamar yang terbuka biar ada semriwing angin dari luar masuk ke kamar. Selebihnya mantap.
