The room was dirty, with a broken lock and lights. The wall and ceiling were cracked and mouldy. Hot water and internet were unavailable most of the time. The soundproofing was terrible and I could clearly hear guests next door and upstairs, the crazy motorcycles on the road, and the military base's speakers all the time. Staff service was inconsistent and extremely slow. Staff smoked everywhere indoors while there were 'no smoking' signs. Stayed here for three weeks, and they even stopped sending housekeeping to my room and changing my bath towels. Completely terrible and overpriced hotel.
