Before we even arrived, the staff was excellent! The customer service was outstanding. They reached out to us to make sure everything was perfect. When we arrived, they walked us through the instructions, which were helpful since you are not able to throw anything in the toilet. The place is super cute and the breakfast buffet was delicious and had lots of options.

We stayed just one night. The location was pretty fantastic and the staff was friendly, helpful and addressed all our needs. However, this is an older looking hotel than others we have stayed in and this was particularly true of the plumbing. The hotel requested that all tissue be disposed of in a waste basket not the toilet. We understood that tissue could clog the old pipes and we complied. But I am not a fan of having to do this so I would not stay here again. If you don’t mind, this is a really great hotel choice.

We had a wonderful time in Athens and Dimi and his crew made it much more special! Dimi went over and beyond to walk us to our family’s hotel 5 minutes away from the hotel! Such fabulous customer service! Hotel location was great! Most highly Recommended!

Great location, staff went aboveboard on helping book transportation and what sites to visit. Will be my first choice if I return to Athens.

Wonderful hotel for the convenience of walking distance to major attractions. The only downside is that the store front of the building was boarded up with graffiti and looked sketchy at first. Once you enter the hotel everything was fine. We loved the service and friendly staff. The view from the rooftop was spectacular! The breakfast was pleasant and yum. Highly recommended!

Great hotel and super accommodative staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcome

All front staff (4) were so helpful and friendly at check-in/check-out and any time we had a question. Serving staff up at the restaurant during dinner time was very friendly too. We loved the free roof top area and it had a great view of the acropolis 24 hours. Rooms and all areas of the hotel had very cute and beautiful decorations.

This is an amazing hotel and was in a great location! The staff provided over the top customer service. They even saw us getting out of the car and came out to the street to meet it. It was wonderful!! So friendly and helpful not only within the hotel but they recommended places for us to visit and how to get there. Can’t say enough good things about this place! Definitely a 5 star stay! It was clean, comfortable and a great hotel!

The staff was excellent and couldn’t be more helpful. The facility is very secure and safe the roof top restaurant and Evie. The waitress is so nice.

Excellent service

The people who are in the reception are all lovely, happy to help and we had no complaints. They were wonderful when it came to clarifying where to go and some recommendations for the local area. Very friendly and attentive staff and lovely rooms all within walking distance of most tourist stops. Would highly recommend!

Good place breakfast its good but not rich clean rooms

Perfect location! Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance with endless shopping and dining options. The Pinnacle staff was extremely informative, helpful and courteous. We will be recommending The Pinnacle Athens to everyone we know, we can’t say enough good things.

We stayed two nights in the penthouse. The accommodations were beautiful, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was perfect. Walkable to most neighborhoods. Highly recommend.

The hotels location is convenient situated in the center of city. Provide access to play of attractions. The hotel staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. While the room may not be very sizesable, but it is super clean and well organized . I inadvertently

Great location for navigating the city. Lots of bars and restaurants in the area and all the tourists hot spots are in walking distance.

Great location for site seeing. Great area with restaurants and near the sites. Only drawback is the suite is rather small for family of four, but doable. Great staff
