The staff is not friendly, the rooms are ugly & very dirty. On the bed linen there were stains, the room was very smelly.

The hotel is much different from the photos. Many cobwebs in the room and bathroom. Closet has no placemat. Hot water is still ok. The floor of the room is broken. Can a room where the air conditioner is not cold, even the room tends to be hot. Asked to replace, asked to pay another 30%. The bed linen is browned. Beds are not comfortable.

The mothers who guarded the front were not friendly, generally everything else was ok, clean, comfortable. Only WiFi doesn't work.

No one open the gate in the parking lot. You have to wait or open it yourself while other behind honking you because of traffic.

The bathroom door was broken, there was no doorknob, could not be closed. Ugly and smelly bed linen. TV doesn't connect internet.

The mattress smells musty, WiFi is just not usable.

The mattress was dirty brown, there were a few blood spots, the price was really worth it.

The water was dead, the room was dirty, the bathroom was smelly, the towels were really smelly, the floor of the room was a lot of dust, there were no TV channels to watch. This is terrible lodging. Kapok!

This inn is severe. the water died from 2 pm to 10 am but there was no follow up from the staff. The only thing is that there is a clogged, the service is not satisfying. I pay is not free. Kapok stay here.

free mineral water is not available, internet is very poor, cleanliness is lacking because the sheets are not replaced (rather dirty)

My WiFi signal in my room didn't arrive, I couldn't use cellular signal either because there was no signal in my room.

When I came to the hotel, the room was not available on the grounds of a broken bathroom and AC, the receptionist instead offered a refund ... There should have been a prior confirmation if the room was not available.
