The shower is unusable. The pillows smell of drool and the bathroom is extremely dirty.

The receptionist seems to be underpaid, most of them are looking for money to come in. The 100 thousand deposit was lost because of a cigarette butt in the bathroom. If possible, the receptionist should be replaced, most of them are looking for loopholes to take the deposit money. Suggestion for the hotel to replace them. Thank you :)

It is not worthy to be called a hotel. Don't book here. When you arrive at the hotel, you will be asked for additional costs for the room. They said the application price and the direct price are different. The room is very dirty and smelly

The bathroom was clogged and flooded to the room. The water was off. The staff was unfriendly. One of the room lights was off so it was dark and the staff didn't want to know.

Kamar kotor. Tamu 2, handuk dikasih satu, minta lagi katanya belum datang, suruh tunggu. Pesen kamar 2 ranjang dikasih satu ranjang, katanya gak ada yang 2 ranjang tapi di aplikasi pasang iklan 2 ranjang. Sangat amat kecewa.

The place is clean and comfortable.

There are no separate rooms every day even though I checked in for 4 nights and during those 4 nights my room was not cleaned and could not bring guests even where the hotel was free to bring friends as long as I didn't stay.

The bed linen is still not clean and lots of strands of hair.

It could be better. Staying here for 15 nights was almost perfect if they paid more attention to detail. On my last night staying, they forgot to clean up the room entirely, only the bed. The trash they forgot to take away. There was also another day when I got to the hotel, I found the floor mat on the top of my suitcase. Beside those two, everything was nice.
