Room not available because the hotel forgot to close the application and the room substitutes for hot air conditioning. So I canceled my stay and was not willing to give a refund.

The receptionist is not active, the service is long, the worst is already booked but until the hotel can not even get a room, Finally taking care of the refund also use your own cellphone, the hotel does not provide a sitting phone.
