The hotel is nice, the service is also good and very fast. Once the AC suddenly ran out of freon at 3 in the morning, the staff immediately came to change the room after a call. It's just a shame that the building is nice, the service is good, but the facilities are not good, especially the AC and water heater that only heats up for a short time. The room smells very strong, like a hospital, especially for smokers, it is very unfriendly, having to go up and down the stairs, there is no smoking area near the room.

The price is worth it with a room like this, the first time I entered the room it was quite clean, comfortable, spacious to move freely, the refrigerator and AC also functioned well, it was quite close to the shopping center, also close to the laundry so there was no need to worry if our clothes got dirty and we only brought a few clothes, the staff were also communicative, explaining things easily and clearly, the parking area was spacious and safe.

Honestly, there were tiny worms in the bathroom. There was a lot of dust on top of the cupboard. The stairs were also old and dirty, and not well maintained. But the good thing was there was hot water.

Strategic location, nice room, although cleanliness needs more attention

The place is pleasant, not noisy, maybe because it's not high season. The environment is also not too crowded. The room is clean, the AC is cold, fragrant, the water heater works well. The hotel also has a prayer room and a place for ablution. CS is good, fast response, and you can leave your suitcase. I chose this place because it's close to the event venue, and there is a desk that can be used for work, and a wardrobe that can store clothes neatly. To find the nearest food, you have to walk about 200m, but this is not a drawback in my opinion, because if the food is too close, it can be noisy. Unfortunately, no one helped me carry my suitcase even though the room is on the second floor and up the stairs. Another drawback: the bottom faucet in my bathroom happened to be broken and hadn't been repaired, making it difficult to perform ablution. That's the only drawback, and it can definitely be fixed. The rest is fine.

Hopefully, the next time I stay here, the hotel will be even better. The ceiling needs repair, and the toilets need to be cleaned. But overall, everything was satisfactory, and the facilities were also very good for the price. Good luck! I even stayed here for three days without changing hotels.

I've stayed here many times for transit. The location is in an alley but very easy to find. The parking area is spacious, for R4 & R2, safe and shady. The price is cheap, there is a refrigerator in each room. Any problems, the staff is fast to respond. A slight drawback, for rooms on the 3rd floor, the smart TV signal often drops. I will often transit here because it is in the city center, easy access everywhere.

The bed, in my opinion, was the most uncomfortable because the springs were no longer good, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. There was a refrigerator, but it was not checked for cleanliness, so there was water in the refrigerator due to melted ice that was not cleaned. The bathroom had no toilet tissue. If there was no soap and shampoo, and towels, it was not a problem for me because I never use those from the hotel. I use my own. The towels provided, and the bathroom mat looked shabby, indicating poor hygiene. Therefore, I just took a shower then looked for another place to stay and checked out that night, not staying overnight. The location and parking were okay.

It was a great stay. Although it's tucked away in an alley, it's close to the city center. The hotel is clean, and the staff are friendly.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and it was time to replace it, as it was flat and wavy when sleeping. There were no tissues in the room, so it's best to bring your own toiletries. The towels were no longer fit for use, as they were grayish and the stitching on the sides was all worn out. The ceiling was low, making it feel stuffy. There was no soundproofing, so people going up to the third floor were very noisy.
