The courtyard is very comfortable, but the room is very poor (bed sheets not changed, mattress uncomfortable, dirty, room slightly smells damp, floor dirty, bathroom ceiling hole, bathroom door won't lock). It is absolutely uninhabitable and doesn't match the pictures. Please pay more attention to the cleanliness of the room.

If you want to stay overnight because it's too late, this place is okay.. the only thing that makes you uncomfortable is that from the start you were charged another 50k with the excuse that the price on the application is not good.. why not just change it on the application.. also in terms of cleanliness, the mattress is really lacking, there are lots of tears.. then there are blood stains on the pillows... even though the price is minimal, it's not like this if there are still blood stains..

The staff is friendly and most importantly the location is strategic, close to Cikole and Lembang town square, only the water heater is not hot, but that's okay, it is recommended to stay here.

It was very terrible. Just arrived and was extorted 50k per night for a total of 150k. The room had no plugs, the TV didn't work, the toilet faucet was broken and used a washcloth. In the end, we only stayed for 1 night. The rest is not recommended at all.

The problem is that we stayed there for two nights by paying for an additional room booking fee while our booking was for two rooms, the management reported that only one room was paid for and the report to the local travel agency that we did not come so our money was deducted and there was no refund, so it was a fictitious report from the management, while our complaint to the local travel agency at that time was in front of the management and the agency that provided the kolcenter number, how did he report that we did not stay, while we stayed for 2 nights at our own additional expense,

The staff is friendly, explain what works and what doesn't. Can order food/drinks too. Close to the main road. The sheets are clean, but the toilet seems broken. The top floor is nice for sitting down for dinner, cool. But no shower because the water heater is broken lol.

The room was dirty, the toilet door was broken, the water heater didn't turn on, the water flowed a little.

A bit disappointed, when checking in you had to pay another 50,000. The bathroom facilities all didn't work except for the tap water with a super small bucket & black crusty dipper. We were given a towel but it smelled really musty, luckily I brought my own. Please pay more attention to the owner, hopefully he will read this.

It's natural that the price is cheap on the application, but when we arrived at the location we were asked to add 50 thousand per room, the room did not match the picture, the hot water was just for display.

Charged again, the staff was unfriendly, and the sheets were moldy 😭.

The staff asked for an additional 50 thousand per room, I reserved 2 rooms so it was 100 thousand.

Very strategic for the Lembang area close to many tours.

Dirty room. Dirty bathroom, no air conditioning, finally canceled the stay. Seeing the room like that was very disappointing.

There is no other hot water okay.

Those who have jutek, often scold! Doesn't match expectations, doesn't fit in the application image.

Recommended lodging in my opinion, the price is very affordable with pretty good facilities, cleanliness is maintained, the air is really cool, the view is magnificent, the guards are friendly & communicative, great anyway, this is Puri Cikole Asri.👍

The receptionist is not friendly 👎 the water heater is dead and there is no soap. For a comfortable place.

Kamar tidur yang spreinya kusam, ga ada AC ataupun kipas, kamar mandi ga ada air panas dan sangat memprihatinkan sekali kondisinya, sangat buruk sekali kebijakannya.

Tempat tidak sesuai yang dideskripsikan, pesan kamar deluxe diberi yang standard, pemanas air hanya hiasan, tidak ada 1 kamar pun yang ada bak mandi, peralatan mandi tidak diberikan, air minum harus bayar lagi, pelayanan sangat tidak ramah, lebih baik cari penginapan lain, banyak yang lebih murah fasilitas lebih lengkap, sebaiknya cek review lebih dulu.
