We stayed for 3days and 2nights. The Hotel has a good ambiance and clean surroundings too. The only thing that made us off is their reception service. First, we ask for port to hotel service, it was cleared then that we are coming from Larena Port to Tagbilaran. I have even update the hotel via SMS that we are already boarded. However, when we arrived at TAG Port, I have received an SMS saying that the driver will be late as they thought that pick up point is in Panglao Airport. Then second, when we arrived at the hotel, the reception was not aware that our online booking is for 8pax (with 2 additional as their standard fam room is for 6pax only). So, again we have waited 10-15mins for them to arrange the additional beddings. And lastly, When I was about to ask for airport service the receptionist told me that I still have unpaid bill - 2 additional breakfast as inclusion is for 6pax only. Eh, I have already paid the additional 2pax online. I only make her check my booking details and inclusions (thru my phone) for clarification.
