New building. All staff were great & so helpful, the room quite good & the food was okay.

make sure you to have breakfast here at least once! If you’re just lazy to meet mr sun in the morning and walk around to please your pallete, they have a very simple dining room with a good ambience and taste of course :)

The room is nice, the location is really good, many Indonesians and foreigners stay here, in front of the hotel there is a halal restaurant, then there is a 24-hour minimarket + ATM and it is really close to the Beryls outlet, the best.

Decent hotel for a short stay. Walking distance to hawker food. Breakfast was decent. Took 2 rooms for my family.

I like the interior and the concept of this hotel. However they still lack in cleanliness, I think they can do better in that area. The breakfast was minimum, dont have many variety and options but it is convinient for those who feels lazy to stroll around finding breakfast in the morning. The family room is basically two deluxe rooms with a connecting room. Its nice because it means we get two bathrooms and more space in the room. The location is superb, in the heart of the city. you could easily hop on Rapid free bus service and its only walking distance to several tourist spots.

Booked Zion room but got room number 222 which is very small and very dirty. The towels are very old. The bed sheet is full of stains. I couldn't sleep all night. When I went down to ask the staff, they said that this is the size of Zion room. There is a window. The bathroom is very big but I didn't sleep in the bathroom. I feel very disappointed. The staff provided very bad service. I went down to ask and they said the door was broken and couldn't be locked. So they said I don't have a room for you. I couldn't sleep all night. It's very bad.
