It was a beautiful stay and the staff were very friendly and professional. The breakfast spread can be improved upon though. Otherwise excellent stay!

everthing was great, except Butler would order a taxi that would charge me 10JD or 15JD, with meter , they never turn meter on, while same taxi , if you pick it up from the Street , he would turn meter on and total charges would be 1.5JD for the same Trip , i thought Hotel management should do better Job sourcing out Taxi , or at least notify guests it is meter based Ride not flat rate, since the whole System operates on meter

The staff were great and outstanding! The in dining experience in the room wasn’t good as the food wasn’t good at all!

Amazing unforgettable place

Staff are excellent and very pleasant But I felt disrespected with my religious belief due to very restricted rules even though I was practicing privately .

I wish they would have a Spa ( sona, steamroom and jacuzzi) for the public. The private spa they have has been fully booked during my entire stay

Everything was great, except for some slight odor in bathroom and Ac was not as cold as i wanted. There was also a wedding on one of the days and it was very noisy until very late 2am.

Out standing service. The best 5 star hotel I stayed in. Staff helpful. I enjoyed a luxurious stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We were celebrating our wedding night. It was nice of the hotel to add some balloons, chocolates and flowers. The property is fairly new, but doesn’t feel like it in some instances.
