I wish they do room cleaning at least every other day. I stayed 2 nights, no room service/cleaning. This make me not want to stay next time.

Nice place.Great location.

I have stayed here on several different work trips the facility is always clean with friendly staff. Only complaint this time was the mattress is saggy/hard and you can see/feel where people lay. Otherwise it was great

Ashley at the front desk who checked us in was amazing. She filled us in on everything about the hotel in the surrounding area. Gave us great advice on places to eat. In the morning, she was most helpful showing us where to eat breakfast and letting us enjoy a relaxing morning

Clean

Clean & large rooms and quiet and close to a lot of shopping , great restaurant right next door to. I come a lot and will continue to do so.

There was nothing negative I could think of. Everyone was super friendly, the place was clean and in good shape. I definitely would recommend this place.

I love the pool and hot tub. Very quiet on a Sunday night!

There was a urine stain on the comforter on one of our beds… so is that proof that hotel staff do not in fact change the sheets? I made sure to put the comforter on the floor so they would hopefully get a new one for the next guests. We came in super late and I was too tired to get a new comforter so we ended up not using it.

Excellent service , friendly staff and great breakfast offered ! Would stay here again if I was in the area. Check in was easy and no problems !

It was all great!

Reserved a room at a certain rate, but it went up 30% by the time my credit card was charged. Also, the pool ventilation and ceiling is all rusty. Pool area is very humid - something is definitely wrong in there.
