Yesterday I got a room at 101, but the wifi wasn't very good, and I happened to get a TV that wouldn't turn on. Cleanliness & staff 💯

The check-in and check-out process is very easy. The room atmosphere is very comfortable and also clean. The area around the hotel is very crowded close to various places to eat and entertainment. The hotel staff is not very friendly, for hospitality it should be improved.

The location is very strategic, close to Tembong Indra and several food souvenir shops. For the hotel, it is not a new hotel, the pillow cases and blankets look a bit dull, not clean white.

Large family room, many places to eat and drink coffee around the hotel. For cleanliness needs to be improved because the room floor is not clean, the bathroom sometimes smells a bit.
